I called with a broken chain on my lines, and they would not shift into the slant, but they would pull. Cleaners To Your Door wanted to come out, do the cleaning, and put a new railing up, and they told me this before they ever came out to see my house.
I called them back, and I thought I would cancel because that seemed overkill, but they said they would come out and look at it first. The tech who came fixed it in a jiffy, and they didn't need to do the cleaning, but I was not happy with the first push.
So this is not a glowing review, and yet it is, because she heard what I was telling her about not wanting a new railing, about wanting mine fixed, and that's what they did.
