I just recently moved to the area and was reffered to KAS. I went to their website to check them out. I was so impressed to find that you can inquire about booking an appoinment online. It was SOOOOO EASY! I filled out the form on the website and within just a few minutes I was getting a call from the Salon. Their front desk staff is so nice and professional. The girl I spoke with told me that since I was a new client getting a chemical service a deposit was required. Now I am never one to give out my Debit Card # over the phone but the way she informed me of the salon policy was so impressive. She assured me that nothing gets charged til the day of the appointment. Anyway, I was booked with Michelle. She is AMAZING! She really listened to my concerns and then made some reccomendations of her own. In the end MY HAIR LOOKED AMAZING!!! I have never seen my hair look this good. I will be letting everyone know they should go to Kathy Adams Salon. Thank you for a Great Experience!!!!!! Pros: Beautiful Salon, Great Location, Amazing Staff Cons: NONE!!!! more

My experience at this salon was great from the time I stepped in, to the time I left. I felt like they were thorough with everything they did. You can tell that they care on every level. so..i went to this salon about 5 & a half yrs ago?.. I had a pagent coming up & I went in to get some highlights since my hair was pretty dark & dull. It was my first salon expirience & the girl who did my hair was very sweet & after i told her what i wanted she explained to me (in detail) what it was she would do & did so with a smile!..everything was great, until i saw the final product. My highlights were brassy one side of my head was lighter than the other other pieces of my hair were orange! & some highlights began a the root & others like an inch and a half from my scalp! it was only a partial..but my mother was MADDDD when she was what the girl had done to my hair & then the price she had to pay for such a mess.i smiled at the girl & left with out making a big deal out of it because i know my mother & if she would have seen me upset she would have turned to salon upside down! so i left without complaining (which now i deeply regret I very much should have let her know how i felt) the worst part was the girl who did my hair KNEW how bad she had messed up my hair (even she looked pretty shocked)& tried to excuse herself by saying it was for this & that reason & the other workers didnt seem to care how upset my mom was.....NOT to mention i looked like hell in my pagent! well this was a very long time ago & perhaps things have changed for the better but one thing i can say is i have no plans on going back! & i refer my friends & family to other salons..& based on MY expirience ..i would NOT recomend this salon to anyone. Just wanted to say that this salon is absolutely beautiful. I am so glad you all moved out of the mall to your new location. It makes life much easier. I love your salon and I of course am thrilled with my hair. I recommend this salon to everyone. If you want to go somewhere where you get treated great and get stylist who are well trained then this is the salon for you!! Cons: a little bit of a drive for me more
