City Radiator & Auto Repair

The BEST car repair experience ever! Caring, professional, not condescending at all, which is so refreshing. It was fate; my car broke down right in front of their shop as I was on my way to another repair shop. Richard, Racheal and Chad were so gracious, helpful and caring, so I decided to leave it there. And, they worked miracles getting it fixed and now it runs like a rocket. I live in Seattle, but will continue bringing my car for scheduled maintenace here at City Auto in Everett. It's worth it to me having people I like and trust. THANKS! more

At James A. Is this tip supposed to be about City Radiator and Auto Repair or is about Everett? Your post is a little confusing, it is posted under City Radiator but you said Everett? I am the service writer here and I don't recall a Kia coming in ever for a dashboard control unit? more

i see all these positive feed backs but as a owner of one through lynnwood kia and wires is everetts, what i have to say about everett is not good. 2 years now we have been telling them about the heater issues in are car. we finally get it to be fixed after the floor board was burned by a defective wire, took 3 weeks from that point but we still had problems with it. wife just got it fixed and wow really they put a new dashboard control on lol w air-conditioning. we dont have a air conditioner, and it still is having issues wtf can't we just get it fixed the right way!!!! we need the heater fixed 2 years now and we have been screwed and told off each time i will never go there again. ill stick with lynnwood kia were there service department really cares and goes beyond the call!!! more

Used them for the first time today and have posting positives at every site I can find. Not having my own shop anymore I needed some emissions work done on my vehicle. They did just what was needed, with professionalism and a very decent price. I would heartily recommend them to everyone. more
