I am not into Italian cuisine, so I was not expecting much when I went there for dinner. They have a northern Italian menu so I was a little surprised that pastas did not dominate their menu. I chose the filet and my fiance chose the new york strip. It was absolutely delicious! I could not believe how yummy it was. The desserts were even better! The creme brulee, sorbets and lava cake. Everything was perfect and their wine selection was amazing. Pros: delicious food and excellent desserts Cons: a little too dim inside more

Gorgeous Space 1/23/2003

The interior of this restaurant is so beautiful and versatile that it would be a great place for a romantic date or a big party. The food is tasty, if not exceptional, but the extensive wine list makes up for the lack of culinary perfection. Our server was friendly and helpful when we asked for wine suggestions. more

This place rules 11/14/2002

My wife and I had our wedding reception here a year or so ago. The atmosphere, food, and drinks were fantastic. Couldn't have been happier with anything. more

Sweet! 7/3/2002

The waitstaff was wonderful and the chef personally tended to us. The food was very good, the dessert quite excellent. Once in a while it's fun to eat surrounded by a decor in the way of art deco. Also has a pretty good winelist. I especially like the downtown location when i feel like good northern italian food right after work. more
