Hands-down, the best chocolates I've ever eaten 8/24/2005

I like chocolates but have gotten tired of the offering at Whole Foods, Metro Markets, etc. But finding Fiori Chocolates was like a godsend. Their truffles are fantastic and hands-down the finest chocolates I've ever eaten. The shells are thin (not like other local chocolate companies) and their chocolate centers are the most perfect consistency imaginable. Truly great chocolate. more

I'm in love, in love with these chocolates 8/7/2005

This is an incredible place, a true chocolate gem in Seattle. I have never tasted anything this wonderful before. Their truffles literally sweep you off your feet. The little chocolate coins are superb as well, but its the truffles that make me swoon. If you want to surprise a spouse or loved one, these chocolates will definitely do the trick. Though I'd rather just treat myself :) more

Awesome chocolates 8/2/2005

After reading the other reviews I had to try. The chocolate are really, really amazing. I've never eaten anything like this before. The flavors are so fresh. I followed the advice of another review and let it warm to room temperature. All I could say was, ""wow! this is what real chocolate tastes like."" We bought a small gift box for friends. They have fancier boxes then any other chocolate place I have ever been to! I'm very impressed with the attention to detail. This is a great place for chocoholics. more

Great chocolate truffles! 7/25/2005

Truffles are unbelievable. Hard to pick a favorite they are all so unique. Finally a true chocolate artisan comes to Seattle!! One comment though that I've learned from other truffle eating experiences, let the truffle warm up to room temperature before eating (the case in Motore is pretty cool temp). Wonderful truffles and good coffee too! 7/18/2005

I stopped in for coffee and discovered Motore Coffee is also the place to buy truffles. These truffles are amazing. I have never had chocolates that taste so good. The owner of Motore said they are made fresh by fresh by Fiori Chocolatiers in Bellevue. The truffles are hands down the best chocolate I have ever eaten. After eating chocolates in London, Berlin and Florence, I am really impressed with Fiori. They're as good as it gets! more

Truffles to die for! 7/15/2005

I tried the Lampone Fresca (fresh raspberry in Italian) - it tastes like your biting into actual berries. The flavors are really fresh and neat combinations. Every one that I tried was unique and just sinful! The banana, rum and coconut one is also to die for. I used to think Frans and Dillitantes were the best of Seattle, but no longer. Fiori rocks! Best chocolate's I've eaten 7/12/2005

I'm a chocoholic and now I've found chocolates that rival the best I've had in Europe. Their truffles are superb and the little coins are tasty too! I went to their website and it looks like they have a larger selection (I dinged them on variety) - wish they had it at Motore. Love that they use organic ingredients and lots of dark chocolate. The truffles are small but WORTH every penny! A great find!! more
