I was unstable and began to open the door of my car to sit down. Martin Philbin grabbed my arm, told me in no condition to drive, and drew his taser gun with his other hand. I said, ""Fine, I'll call my wife for a ride."" I then pulled my cell phone out of my pocket and began to dial her number. After I'd dialed the number I was tasered directly in my chest. The pain was overwhelming. I twisted and jerked until I fell head first onto the ground. Martin Philbin bent over, rested his knee on my lower back and cuffed me. I did nothing wrong. I'd had two prior spinal fusion surgeries on my lower back. I now have constant pain from the taser and Martin Philbin kneelig on my lower backI am a victim of SEVERE POLICE BRUTALITY.
