Fun but pricey 12/31/2005

This store offers some unique gifts and trinkets not found in other stores in the triangle. I often enjoy browsing here for gift ideas. They have baby and wedding gifts as well as a variety of things for men and women, however the store is more geared to women. The downside is that some of their products are rather pricey or overpriced. If you are looking for a unique gift, this is the place to go, but plan to spend some money. Staff is friendly. more

fabulous store 8/5/2005

Charlotte's is a beautiful store with a variety of quality products. However, upon visiting all three locations (2 in Raleigh and one in Wilmington), I have been met with below par service. The attitudes of the employees is one of extreme arrogance and an unwillingness to help a customer. It's dissapointing to be met with this kind of service in a store with such good merchandise. This fabulous store always has something new to catch your eye. great silver selection. very hip and sheshe stuff to choose from. heaven for a gal with a passion for trendy and classic pieces. could be open a bit later than it is for us early evening shoppers. more
