Review content:
Charlotte's is a beautiful store with a variety of quality products. However, upon visiting all three locations (2 in Raleigh and one in Wilmington), I have been met with below par service. The attitudes of the employees is one of extreme arrogance and an unwillingness to help a customer. It's dissapointing to be met with this kind of service in a store with such good merchandise.
This fabulous store always has something new to catch your eye. great silver selection. very hip and sheshe stuff to choose from. heaven for a gal with a passion for trendy and classic pieces. could be open a bit later than it is for us early evening shoppers.
