I have tried quite a few dentists in Beverly hills. Most of those other dentists seem less concerned with my health and more concerned on the payment. But my experience with the D...

Happy Smiles All Around 8/18/2009

I'm really happy with the work of Dr. Elliot Nayssan and his crew. They did a great job on a crown I needed recently, and my teeth are very healthy. Overall, this is a good place for both routine cleanings and the bigger stuff. Pros: Healthy teeth, painless more

Good, Clean Dentist 8/18/2009

I am very happy with the work and overall experience with Dr. Elliot Nayssan and Century City Dental Group. They did a great job treating a gum problem I had earlier last year. My teeth are very healthy, they look great, and I no longer have issues with tooth and gum aches. I am very picky about my dentist being clean, and this place definitely is! Pros: Easy to work with more

Yay for my new teeth 8/13/2009

I had to have several teeth pulled to fix problems I've had since childhood. I wanted a dentist I could trust, and I definitely found one in Dr. Elliot. I love the results, the work was painless and my new teeth are so comfortable. Pros: I look great! Cons: Took awhile, but it was worth it more

Happy client with happy smile 8/13/2009

I have been visiting these dentists for years and have always left happy. I would not go back if I wasn't. The nice, clean office and website should show you how many loyal customers there are. Anyone who needs basic dental cleanings or cosmetic work should consider Dr. Nayssan. Pros: clean, close by, good guys Cons: parking more

Good place to get a good smile :) 8/11/2009

I don't normally write reviews, but I just moved into town and I know its really hard to find dentists and doctors when you relocate. I thought I would help a few people out by telling you this is a great place to go get your teeth worked on. I went for a regular check up, but I am definitely going back to get my teeth whitened in not too long! Pros: Comfortable atmosphere, nice guys, knowledgeable dentists Cons: Sometimes hard to get an appointment more

One of a kind doctor 12/17/2008

I'm a 27 year old male which owns and operates a successful construction/development company. I consider myself to be a very picky & detail oriented person. Anytime I see a doctor, I have this major issue with them not being caring or as attentive to details as they should be. They just walk into the room, go through their standard routine, write you a prescription and get you out of there to make room for their next patient. Basically they don't do the things they would, if for instance: the medical review board was standing behind them watching or if it was the doctor's own child or spouse. I believe care and attention to detail are of utmost importance in any business, ESPECIALLY in the medical field, where your health and well-being are on the line. \r Dr. Nayssan is one of the few doctors i've ever seen that holds these important qualities. I was really impressed with him and HIGHLY recommend him to anybody who needs a gentle and caring doctor that actually knows what they?re doing.\r more

Scam artist 12/15/2008

I went here a few years back and Elliot Nayssan talked to me like a used car salesman selling lemons. His demeanor was not unlike the telemarketers that call to try to scam you. I had mistake of falling prey and agreed to unnecessary dental work because I had naively trusted him. He had lied to me and actually told me porcelain veneers were stronger and better than real teeth. Worst yet, he actually once burned the side of my mouth while cleaning my teeth with an ultrasonic scalar. He is by far the worst dentist I have ever been to.\r \r Since then, I have spent thousands of dollars going to another dentist to fix his shoddy snake oil work. My veneers have broken and fallen out four times within two years, apparently due to bad preparation, and has had another dentist fix them. I can no longer bite into an apple because they are so weak nor can I have corn off the cob. They've fallen out during lunch while I'm having a sandwich from Quizno's and while I was eating a club sandwich.\r \r He also lied to me about having several cavities. I felt it was suspect when suddenly seeing him after 6 appointments he had just noticed them then. I had it checked out by another dentist to find out he was lying.\r \r For fear he might try to scam me even more, I even changed my credit card numbers and anything financial he could get his hands so that he couldn't falsely try to charge me.\r \r This is the nightmare and mistake I live with each day. I miss going surfing and snowboarding because I fear wiping out will cause me thousands of dollars of dental work. If I could wish for anything, I wish I could have my old teeth back. Pale yellow and slightly gapped as they were, I miss being able to bite into a steak, chew gum, and eat pizza without utensils. Pros: close to work, parking was easy Cons: openly lies to you about you need, unprofessional, rough when he thinks you're numb, incompetent, better suited to sell cars more

Caring service and quality work. If you have to go to the dentist, go see Dr. Nayssan. 11/2/2008

""I've been seeing Dr. Nayssan for the past 5 years. His office has always been terrific about getting me in, and rescheduling if necessary. Dr. Nayssan has done a great job repairing some of my older dental work. He's also saved my front teeth by making a custom mouth guard to combat my damaging jaw grinding. When I broke my guard, he replaced it free of charge. The best experience I had with Dr. Nayssan was when I needed an emergency root canal. I had tremendous pain in my jaw and head, and he took me in last minute--on a Saturday no less, and made sure I was taken care of. I've recommended Century City Dental to several friends, and they've all left with the same positive experience. I never look forward to going to the dentist, but at least I know I'm getting the best possible treatment from a caring doctor when I see Dr. Nayssan."" Pros: Flexible scheduling. High quality work. Caring service. more

All Smiles 8/4/2008

I had never been to see Dr. Elliot Nayssan before, but when my dentist didn't answer my emergency call on a Sunday after falling and chipping my teeth, I went to the yellow pages. Dr. Elliot did two emergency root canals and later fixed my teeth . This was the first time I had a root canal and I was very nervous, as you never hear good root canal stories. Dr. Elliot was so gentle and calming, he did an incredible job. I would highly recommend Century City Dental Group the whole office was very friendly and helpful. Plus my smile looks amazing now, I couldn't be happier!! more

Fantastic painLESS, dentist! Wonderful! 4/14/2008

Blue Cross sent me to these guys and I've never looked back. Most impressive is when Dr. Elliot pulled two wisdom teeth (without an appointment), with virtually NO PAIN, and NO RECOVERY TIME! I drove myself home! These guys are amazing! The office staff is very sweet and helpful, and they always make sure they take care of you with the insurance. The Dr. always tells me when I do not need stuff, to save me money. That's the sign of a good, honest doctor! Couldn't be happier. Pros: They now pay for parking; office staff is great; Dr. Elliot is a rockstar. Cons: Small staff - sometimes you have to a wait a bit more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! 3/3/2008

I had the most horrible dental service here. Blue Cross gave their number to me, as they were in the area. I am new to LA and had 3 teeth on cavity watch from my previous dentist. I was starting to have pain in one tooth, so I went to have it looked at. I ended up having all 3 cavities filled in November. Every part of the experience was bad, from the initial injections to the outcome. I have never been handled so roughly. My lips, cheeks and gums were completely cut up and bleeding. My teeth had also been filed down smooth, with no grooves or ridges. I couldn't have anything touch my teeth , even a toothbrush for 4 days, when I went back and complained. The dentist did not take any responsibility, but did say a peice of cavitiy had broken off. He said that most people like smooth teeth. He ended up taking all the cavities out and starting again, basically with the same result, only giving me a few ridges. I still could not chew anything on that side of my mouth, even if it was soft. I went back to my previous dentist, halfway across the country, who was shocked at what he saw. He had never seen such horrible work. The fillings were not properly adhered to my teeth. One of them had an air pocket between the filling and the tooth, where bacteria was getting caught. My Dentist barely touched the filling and the entire thing popped off. Dr. Naysan had drilled off the whole top layer of my tooth and covered it all with filling. My dentist had to redo all three teeth and give me a special paste to desensatize two of the teeth, since the Dentin layer of my teeth had been drilled into. My dentist was also surprised at the out of date equipment used when I described it to him. I am still having sensativity issues in MARCH because of the permanent damage done to my teeth. So, unless you are a glutton for punishment and would like to throw away $1,000.000 (as I did) go elsewhere! Pros: nice location Cons: incompetent, rough, out of date, pay parking more
