We purchased our 2016 home at the end of the year in December. We were told we would get a walk thru after 1 year. Didn't happen, We called to inquire and they said oh we don't do that. Drywall is hardly painters, painters did a horrible job. They didn't even hang light fixtures correctly. No attention to detail with this builder. more

We purchased our home in 2009. From the very first "final" inspection we noticed so many things wrong. TERRIBLE drywall work. Wavy ceilings, crooked walls, etc. They claimed they would have all that fixed by the time that we moved in. We went for ANOTHER "Final" inspection and nothing was addressed. It looked like they hadn't done a thing. We had to move in because we had nowhere else to go, so we just excepted the defects. They even put the wrong color siding on our house. Since we purchased this home, we have noticed wavy walls everywhere, especially the ceilings. Crooked walls, nail pops all over the house, creaky floors everywhere, drywall tape coming through the ceiling due to terrible drywall work. On top of all this, my husband has been very sick for 2 and a half years (since we've moved into the house). We aren't sure if it has anything to do with the house but we are checking on the "Chinese Drywall" Lawsuits, to see if C&C used this type in there construction. more

For starters the drywall was never primered just painted. You can see the drywall seams in the ceiling. H They put plaster in nail holes and painted over it, so it's not even dry. There was a huge piece of concrete missing from the foundation they concealed with "free paint" . The outside stone was not done right, the shutters are not cut to fit the window and are bent at the bottom. There is tons of trash(glass bottles,pop bottles,nails,pieces of ceramic from in the home etc).) buried just under the sand in the back yard. There are cracks and nail holes in the trim, the sprayer on the kitchen sink came off... There is wet putty that obviously didn't work. The ceiling is peeling paint. The carpets have dirt spots. I love the house and wish I had noticed the terrible work when doing the walk thru but unfortunately it wasn't till I moved in I started to notice all the flaws to the home. I can assure everything mentioned was not due to myself or husband. Just be careful and fully inspect EVERYTHING. Yes we are all human however, we haven't been here for a month and problems with the home already are raising. more
