We purchased our home in 2009. From the very first "final" inspection we noticed so many things wrong. TERRIBLE drywall work. Wavy ceilings, crooked walls, etc. They claimed they would have all that fixed by the time that we moved in. We went for ANOTHER "Final" inspection and nothing was addressed. It looked like they hadn't done a thing. We had to move in because we had nowhere else to go, so we just excepted the defects. They even put the wrong color siding on our house. Since we purchased this home, we have noticed wavy walls everywhere, especially the ceilings. Crooked walls, nail pops all over the house, creaky floors everywhere, drywall tape coming through the ceiling due to terrible drywall work. On top of all this, my husband has been very sick for 2 and a half years (since we've moved into the house). We aren't sure if it has anything to do with the house but we are checking on the "Chinese Drywall" Lawsuits, to see if C&C used this type in there construction.
