Castle Cleaning

For a person who is SUPER detailed and critical, I was blown away by the job Castle Cleaning (Tita and her crew) did on our home. I was hesitant to even spend the money on these services because I have not been happy in the past with other companies/people that I have used. After they would leave, I usually felt like I should go back over everything to get the little bits they left behind. However, Castle Cleaning blew my mind!! They truly left me nothing to do. And believe me, I am a get down on my hands and knees to inspect kind of girl. Not to mention they were very thorough. They moved rugs (even big ones!) to adequately clean under them and furniture too, they wiped down the top of our refrigerator, and they cleaned off our washer and dryer. They did not miss a thing in our home. For once I truly did just get to relax and enjoy life in our clean home with nothing to do. I could go on and on but I think you get the point. Castle Cleaning was worth every dollar we spent and for the first time in our lives’, we will be signing up for a regular scheduled cleaning service. I cannot wait! Finally, someone I trust in our home to do just as good of a job as me. Hooray! Thank you Castle Cleaning. You made this girl feel like a Queen!! more

We have used several housecleaners over the past several years and Castle Cleaning has done the best job of any of them. They have been prompt re. their arrival time, and have communicated well. Having discovered them, I have used them for numerous commercial cleaning jobs, as well. more

I used them for the first time last month. It was supposed to be a one time deal as a Christmas present for my girlfriend. However, Castle did such a professional job, and my girlfriend was so impressed, I decided to use them on the first Friday of the month for a full year. I'd give them six stars if I could more

I would not recommend their service. I read many great reviews and went with them while moving out of my old apartment. I was told that for a flat fee they would guarantee 4 people for 2 hours of service which would more than clean my 1200 sq ft apartment (2bd/1ba) for $125+tax. He (Stuart) said this was their package and I booked it. Day of cleaning I spoke with a lady who asked if they could come early, this was not an issue for me (we had many conversations over the phone that day). I told her the key was under the mat (I told them beforehand that I would be at work that day). She arrived at about 11:30am. She then called me back about 11:45am and implied that they would not be able to clean the house in 2 hours. I asked her if the four of them could (as my place was not filthy and I had pre-cleaned the walls and window-sills). She then said that it was only two of them. . I told her to do what she needed to do to get the place clean but no more than 3 hours (I did not have any options as the appointment day they set was the last day I could do it and I was at work. What else could I do?). I then called at back at 1pm and she told me that she had been called away to another house and that she was not at my place but would be returning later that day. I stopped by the place on a late lunch break, 2pm and they still were not back and looked at the place. NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE, except they had pulled out the cleaned out the fridge, and sprayed down the bathroom. I was a bit upset, and called her to see where they were at. She told me they were on their way back. I waited until 2:30p and they had not arrived. She called me at 3:30p and said that they were done. I went back over and the place was acceptably clean. Here is my issue, why the extra hour given that the first two were extra unproductive ( I am giving them the benefit of the doubt counting the actual time they were even at my place). They managed to tear through the house during the extra hour I was asked to extend and pay for. I am very dissatisfied and feel duped over by them and cheated out of an extra hour of labor. I want to support local business, but not if it is the way they treat their customers. What I was told I would easily get felt delayed and sapped to get the most out of me I would pay for. Boo. It may be better if you are there watching them, but I could just clean the house myself if I had that kind of time. * Website has a published checklist: you know exactly what is expected; the employees do, too. * My home is spotless. They clean rooms top-down; they MOVE things as they dust; they move furniture to vacuum under edges, even several inches ""in."" * They divide an conquer~ a crew of 4 came to my house, and they already knew where to go. The Team Leader asked me if I had any specific concerns to address and directed the crew accordingly. * The crew spent every minute working: no excessive chatting, no aimless wandering as if trying to look busy. * AFFORDABLE. I think if you become a ""regular' then you can save even more. * Little organizational touches like tucking in extra pillow case material, changing a light bulb, uniform folding and hanging of towels, organizing the pillows on the bed~ all these detail finishes made my home look like a resort w/ immaculate housekeeping services. * Upon leaving, the Team Leader asked me to walk the house. They wanted to leave only AFTER I had inspected their work...they waited for me before they left. * AND 3 days later, the company's owner called to double check the crew's work, checking to see if I was satisfied with what had been done. Call these guys: they are absolutely professional....and btw, they've got this industrial vacuum cleaner that can probably suck up a piece of ground-in bubble gum. I may never have to clean my home again! HA! THEY EVEN VACUUM THEIR FOOTSTEPS OUT OF THE HOME WHEN THEY GO!!!! Pros: I may never have to clean my home again!!! Cons: Cons? None, really. more

I used Castle Cleaning to prepare my house for visitors in December, and they went WAY BEYOND exceeding my expectations! A terrific crew of four ladies showed up with their own cleaning equipment. They quickly assessed the work and then got down to business. One started by dusting everything, especially the high things that I can rarely reach; another started out on the bathrooms, the third began dusting and polishing all the furniture; the fourth handled making the beds. And that was just the start! They each seemed to have their specialties, and they worked well as a team. One thing I really liked about this team is that they seemed to know what they were doing and they worked happily together, even singing on occasion. After seeing them in action, I decided to have them come out regularly to keep my house in better shape than I could ever do! Pros: Happy team more

I've relied on Castle Cleaning for several years now for our office and have used them for our residence from time to time too when I want that extra special cleaning before or after company or a party! I love that they have a consistent team who you get to know and who knows and remembers what you need and like. Most important however is that they are trust worthy and I think this is by far even more important than how well they clean which is far better than others I tried in the past. I personally know the owner and appreciate him always following up on how everything went. I'm a happy and loyal fan! I was assured of a 12:30-1:00 arrival for my first cleaning and was encouraged to be present to provide any specific guidance I might have. Unfortunately, the crew no-showed and couldn't understand when they called 2+ hours later, why I wouldn't permit them to come clean my house later that day (4:30 or after). I wasted my day waiting for them as well as the inconvenience of arranging to confine pets before they were to arrive. Cons: failed to show more

Best clean we have ever had. The crews were prompt, professional and efficient. We were impressed the way they asked if there was anything else we needed taken care of as we walked through the house when they finished. I scheduled a cleaning with Castle Cleaning for Thursday of this week. He assured me that his team would arrive by 11am. So 11am came and went, then 11:30, 12, 12:30, 1, 1:30, still no cleaners. I called at least 4 times during this 2 1/2 hour waiting period to see when/if they would arrive. No response until 1:30, only to be told that they would not arrive until 4:00 or later-NO THANKS! So, in addition to not having our house cleaned, the baby-sitter that was here all morning was paid for in vain, as I was unable to leave the house(for a first time cleaning I wanted to be present to instruct on specific cleaners, etc.) So, all in all, a waste of a day and still a dirty house. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY and teach them to respect your time by NOT USING THIS BUSINESS EVER! Cons: EVERYTHING more

We have been using Castle Cleaning at our office for a while and when we found out they also did residential maid service, we had them come out to our home to clean.
