I was assured of a 12:30-1:00 arrival for my first cleaning and was encouraged to be present to provide any specific guidance I might have. Unfortunately, the crew no-showed and couldn't understand when they called 2+ hours later, why I wouldn't permit them to come clean my house later that day (4:30 or after). I wasted my day waiting for them as well as the inconvenience of arranging to confine pets before they were to arrive.
