Casa Mechanical is the best company I've ever used for any A/C or Plumbing needs I've had. I have had them come out on several different issues that have happened in my home and have always dealt with wonderful technicians. If you want it done right the first time and you want prompt and professional plumbers or A/C technicians, then I don't suggest you look anywhere else. Pros: null Cons: null more

Best Service Ever! 1/10/2012

I just wanted to take a minute to say thank you to Casa Mechanical for the excellent service we received on January 9th 2012. About 2:00 am in the morning my wife woke up because our central air\heating unit was blowing cold air instead of heat. The thermostat read 66 degrees and it was about 49 degrees outside at the time. The only way we could get the blower to shut off was to throw the main breaker in the garage. Needless to say we both were in a bad mood when we got up at 6:00 am to a chilly 65 degrees. more

My family recently bought a Carrier 2 speed A/C from Casa and could not be happier with our experience with this company. The guys who came out to install our a/c, Dennis and Matt, were so professional, courteous and knowledgable. They took the time to explain how our new system worked and were very helpful. We have already seen a drop in our energy bills! We are thrilled with Casa! Keep Up The Good Work! more

I had Casa Mechanical replace my entier A/C unit in May and I really appreciated their professionalism and also willingness to answer my questions. They provide excellent service, making sure that I was confortable with their work. My A/C unit is working fine and my experience with their staff was very good. more

CASA Quality Mechanical 9/21/2010

I want to let people know who are looking for a new HVAC system on how great my experience was with CASA Mechanical. I am an ex homebuilder who used to use CASA on the building of new homes. So last week when my HVAC system went out, I called on who I knew would give me a fair price as well as the knowledge, equiptment and installation that I would expect. Needless to say Randy with CASA met me at the house,evaluated the problem and had two options for me on what we could do. My wife and I made our decision. The day of the installation went great, the installers were very professional, efficient and seemed to really care about the installation they were doing at my house. I recommend checking out CASA before using any other HVAC company. Thanks CASA!!!! more

A/C replacement WOW!!!! 9/7/2010

You always wonder about service and value, I was more than impressed. After much research, decided to go with Casa for an A/C replacement. Great pricing and even better service. They actually did what they said with no surprises and no "extras" In fact other than the fact that there is a new A/C unit outside I would never even know they had been there!!! Already saving 30% on my A/C Bill, should have done this a long time ago. Also were very knowledgeable about available rebates. I would reccomend to anyone! Great Job more

Great prices, service from local company! 9/3/2010

Casa has installed three central A/C units for us (at two different houses), and we have been continually impressed with their professionalism, their service and their prices. There is a lot of competition in this market, and we feel as though we've locked onto a winner. Their follow-up was great, and they made sure that we were satisfied before the job was through. We first heard of Casa when they installed the HVAC system in a large office building that our employer was building, and were pleased to learn that they did residential work as well. We make it a point to "buy local," and Casa makes that an easy maxim to follow. Because of complicated changes in federal laws with respect to refrigerants, we had a range of choices with our newest system -- Casa made it easy, and didn't over-sell us with more features than we needed. They helped us with the rebate paperwork, and the tax credits were received as advertised. Casa = full service! more

Highly recommend CASA 9/3/2010

Had 2 very good experiences. Showed up when they said they would. Very knowledgeable and explained our many options clearly. Bid was received right on time. Work was done cleanly, and right on time. We had 1 unit installed in 2009, then replaced the second this year. Both experiences were excellent. When we had a slight problem, customer service dispatched service in less than 24 hours. Customer service was very responsive to us. more

Out-of-town peace of mind 8/31/2010

I've used Casa Mechanical for my home and my 6 rentals for the past five years, for plumbing and AC. I've always been satisfied with the quality of their work, and especially like their people (field and office). Sometimes in really hot, busy times it may take a little longer for them to come out because they are so busy, but I know the job will get done, and done properly. more

Casa is very nice and reliable. Have been using them for 3 years. now. They were on time and very nice. Also informed me about freon being taking off the market. Now I can already start saving for my new AC more

I have bought a house that CASA has installed the AC unit in. When I called not only they expected me to wait all they Friday at home but also they charge outrageous amount.\r \r From RR to Cedar Park only $69 LOL\r \r and then every 15 min. I have never heard of this. I will never do business with them. more

Not hearing good things 5/21/2009

I am getting ready to build a home and unfortunately my builder uses casa. Not only did it take over a month to ge a quote on some upgraded AC appliances, when I called with questions hey never returned any of my voice mails. If this is the type of service I receive in the courting stage of our relationship, I cannot imagine what it would be like to be a customer. Cons: Slow response and no call backs more

The plumbing was great a little on the price side but good work. The guys were easy to talk to and new what they were talking about when asked questions,. Pros: they have been around for a while Cons: they kept working till the job was done more

Poor customer service and response time 7/1/2008

I have used CASA to do general maintainance on my AC unit twice a year. They've been fine at that. But when the compressor recently went out on my unit over the weekend and my family and I had to sweat through 95 degree inside our house I was less than pleased when on Monday they said it would take over a week to get out to our house and fix it. I know it's summer in Austin, TX and they must be busy, but can I really be expected to wait for a week. Needless to say they lost my business. I found another company that promises 24 hour service and I had a technician out to fix the problem within hours. By 2:00pm on Monday afternoon it was fixed. I won't be going back to CASA for any emergencies, or even general maintainance. more
