I have used Carpet Dryclean several times and have been very pleased. My white sofa had mud stains from my dog. The technicians worked dilligantly for 2 hours and my sofa looks like new. Elmer, another one of the technicians, came yesterday and cleaned the carpeting on the second floor. It looks fabulous. I reccomend this company for any carpet or upholstery cleaning. My experience with Carpet Dryclean was excellent. The entire staff was very professional and courteous. They even moved all the furniture and toys to ensure the carpet was cleaned entirely. I was happy to not worry about wet carpets and my kids in the house as they use environmentally-friendly products. They were very thorough, and even cleaned my kilims without fear of running the colors. And the upholstery cleaning turned out great. It is good to know my couches are now sanitized, at least for a little while. The carpet cleaning really took out all the stains and wear, extending the life of the carpet. Highly recommended. I was skeptical of the no water carpet cleaning concept, however there is no doubt that I will be calling Carpet Dryclean for any future carpet cleaning needs I have.\r \r After trying mutliple store bought carpet cleaning products, I had given up on a fairly large stain on my living room carpet. I was ready to buy a new carpet, but decided to wait until I had all the carpets cleaned. Good thing I did - Carpet Dryclean saved me time, effort, and money by removing a 6 month old stain that I could not remove. The employees that came to my home were exceptionally polite and professional. My dissatisfaction does not in any way reflect the employees, but I was hoping that the stains on the area rugs I had cleaned would be removed. They were not. Further, the powdery residue made some parts on the edges of one of my Pottery Barn rugs look a different color than the rest of the edging. I think if I vacuum the edges again it will come up, but it looks dried in. Both rugs looked a little better and smelled great, but overall I do not feel that the cost of the service was worth the result. I just want to say again that the employees could not have been nicer, and they did what they came to do. In fact, they gave me a sample of the cleaning powder to try and work on the stains, but it's just that the product did not seem to take up the stains which is why I hired the company.\r \r 1/5/07: As soon as the company read my review, they called immediately to make sure that I knew that they wanted to make all of their customers happy with their service. I am extremely impressed with the follow up call. They already have my money and have no reason to call me back other than the fact that they are clearly a stand up company! They have already reschedule a time next week to come back and try to take care of the rugs. Even if the stains don't come up, I could not be more pleased with their level of customer service. I called Carpet Dryclean because of the great reviews it got on Citysearch and I was extremely pleased with their service. They showed up on time, were very friendly and professional, and there were no hidden costs. I had a fresh coffee stain (a week old), a stain from a stained wicker basket that sits on the carpet, and a dark shadow kind of stain that I managed to create somehow years ago when I was getting some cat urine out of the carpet. The coffee stain was on my carpet plus on a wool rug. It came out of the carpet but not entirely out of the wool, but they left me lots of powder so I could work on it. It's pretty much out now. I think it'll be out entirely the next time I try it. The wicker basket stain came out completely and surprisingly the dark cat urine stain did, too...and I did NOT expect that one to come out. They spread a powder all over the carpet and brush it in before vacuuming it out. They left NO powdery residue on any of my furniture and the powder smelled clean. I like that it's organic and safe for my animals (2 cats, 1 bunny, and two finches) and there was no drying time. I will definitely use them again. The carpet looks great! I was very impressed with the execptional service that I received from Carpet Dryclean. They explained the whole dryclean process as opposed to steam cleaning. I had a red fruit juice stain on my carpet that I thought was not going to come out. After the service, the stain was gone. There was hardly any drying time involved with the cleaning. The staff at CDC were very informative and knowledgeable. They specialize in removing pet odors and unlike other companies, this was included in their price. The amazing part was how clean the carpets became. As if it couldn't get any better, there was no drying time so our new renter's could move in immediately. The house had no more odors and smelled fresh when they were finished. Everyone was impressed! You also get a tub of their cleaning powder to use between cleans. Carpet Cleaning personel did an excellent job and they were also very friendly. They were prompt and they also gave a call prior to arriving . We also recieved a follow-up call regarding the services that were provided. more

Carpet DryClean was recommended by friends who had used the service several times. I called on a Tuesday and they came out on the following Thursday. The crew was very friendly and thoroughly explained the process they would be using. The whole process took about 2 1/2 hours. When they were done, the carpet looked like new. We had pet stains that had been in the carpet for several years thatthey were able to get up. They cleaned up after themselves getting up all the granules. The products that they use are organic and did not have the usual strong odor associates with carpet cleaning. \r \r Overall, the process and expereince was great and I would highly recommend it to others. more

I had my carpets cleaned today by Miguel Polo of Carpet Dryclean. Let me say how impressed I am overall!! I was quoted on the phone correctly, fast service, I had an appointment within a few days of calling!! The really neat part is that its a totally unique cleaning service! They use this powder/snow like mixture that is sprinkled on the carpet , then brushed in, then vacuumed up. The powdery snowlike substance attaches itself to the dirt in the carpet, then when its vacuumed up tada...its clean!!\r Whats really neat is its organic...safe for kids and pets. My carpets look and smell great. Any stains were greatly reduced or are gone. The gentlemen who worked on them were friendly, quick and early! The lack of water and drying time is a real plus. They also sold me some of the product in case of future pet accidents, and to keep the rugs clean in between major cleanings. Excellent service. Carpet Dryclean was on time for their appointment and very professional and quick in service. They made our carpets look not new, but a lot better, even in high traffic area. Of the 3 rooms and hallway there was only one small deep stain that was still faintly visible. Other than that, the results were outstanding and well worth the price. Highly recommended. My husband decided to use this service i was skeptical how can it really be clean without water and then why would we want wet carpets in December yeah right.....so i thought. The gentleman that came Miguel and Polo were great they actually introduced themselves and shook my hand. They showed me in a small area first before they started the job. To my surprise the milk, juice, coffee and wine stains that were there for the past baby months and guest visits were gone and boy were they bad! I loved the service i received both from the gentleman who cleaned my rugs to the offiec staff who called to let me know they were runninh late (10 minutes is nothing folks) to the call after the cleaning to see if i was satisfied and if they could do anything else for me...since it's the Christmas season i should of said yes cook and take the guest to your house :) but the simple truth was they did a great job i will see them next year or when the baby and guest make a mess again.
