The employees that came to my home were exceptionally polite and professional. My dissatisfaction does not in any way reflect the employees, but I was hoping that the stains on the area rugs I had cleaned would be removed. They were not. Further, the powdery residue made some parts on the edges of one of my Pottery Barn rugs look a different color than the rest of the edging. I think if I vacuum the edges again it will come up, but it looks dried in. Both rugs looked a little better and smelled great, but overall I do not feel that the cost of the service was worth the result. I just want to say again that the employees could not have been nicer, and they did what they came to do. In fact, they gave me a sample of the cleaning powder to try and work on the stains, but it's just that the product did not seem to take up the stains which is why I hired the company.\r

1/5/07: As soon as the company read my review, they called immediately to make sure that I knew that they wanted to make all of their customers happy with their service. I am extremely impressed with the follow up call. They already have my money and have no reason to call me back other than the fact that they are clearly a stand up company! They have already reschedule a time next week to come back and try to take care of the rugs. Even if the stains don't come up, I could not be more pleased with their level of customer service.
Pros: Rugs smelled fresher
Cons: Stains were not removed
