My carpets look and smell great. Any stains were greatly reduced or are gone. The gentlemen who worked on them were friendly, quick and early! The lack of water and drying time is a real plus. They also sold me some of the product in case of future pet accidents, and to keep the rugs clean in between major cleanings.
