This was the first time we have ever used a dry carpet cleaning service. It was wondeful in that furniture could be moved back immediately because there was no drying time. The carpet smelled great and looked great as well. As for the technician he did an excellent job of explaining the process and tending to detail of certain stained areas. Terry is very personable and I would recommend him to anyone's home
