I was looking for professional carpet cleaners that offered non-toxic, organic cleaning that would be safe for my pets and found Carpet Dry Cleaning online. They were friendly and on time and did a great job in my apartment. My carpets are now clean and smell great and I feel good knowing they use green alternatives to conventional cleaners. Great Service 8/16/2009

Polo and Vance had a 12 Noon appointment to clean my rugs and called that morning to see if I wanted them to come earlier. Since that was fine with me, they arrived about 9:25 and immediately set up a demo (which was impressive) and took measurements. Once I gave them the go-ahead, they went right to work and finished 4 bedrooms, 2 bonus rooms, a stairwell and a hallway in about 2 hours time. All the while, they were very friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. I'd recommend them highly. Pros: Great attitude; very efficient; very prompt Cons: a little costly more

Before Polo and Vance arrived, I had serious doubts that the carpet could ever look clean again. We were pleasantly surprised that the results were excellent. They were courteous, thorough and professional. We would highly recommend this method of dry cleaning. Pros: Better than I expected & no wet carpet more

Felt very confident knowing they would do just what they said they would. Ramon arrived on time and knew just what to do. I believe they usually work in teams, but Ramon handled the job extremely well all by himself. I have recommended Carpet Dryclean to my friends and neighbors and will use them again--a pleasure!!! Friendly service, great carpet info 8/13/2009

They were professional, on time, helpful and the cleaning did not leave any bad smell. The actual cleaning was above average for my berber carpets, which are very difficult to get clean. I would probably use them again. Pros: Lots of helpful hints for caring for my carpet more

Both Polo and Vance were very professional in their work, nice guys and explained everything thoroughly. I'm glad the carpets weren't wet when they finished cleaning them. Dry clean your carpet! 8/11/2009

I am really impressed with this service! I had some stains that we had never been able to remove by steam cleaning. In fact they were often made worse when we steam cleaned. These stains were at least 4 year old pet stains from the previous owners. Finally they are gone! I will be using this company again. Victor explained the process well and was thorough. Great place to go for carpet cleaning - there is a minimum fee that covered more than the small bedroom i needed, but they work with you to make sure you get the most for this fee. Pros: Reasonable, nice service, thorough cleaning Cons: Minimum order of $129 worth of carpet cleaning (~300 sq ft) more

Victor, Jose, and Anthony did an excellent job--arrived on time, worked quickly, got my carpets clean, handled high pet traffic areas well, reviewed work after they were done to make sure they had all the spots. I also appreciate the technology Carpet Drying Cleaning uses generally--good for carpets, environmentally friendly, non-toxic for houses with pets. Pros: Efficient, excellent, no dry time more

Excellent Service/Quality Cleaners 8/7/2009

I have been a loyal customer of Carpet DryClean for several years. I was looking for a non-toxic and eco-friendly cleaning service. Victor really is a professional team leader and his staff Jessie and Jose are great at what they do. When you open your home to cleaners, you want to trust them to do a good job so your carpets feel new again. That's what Carpet Dryclean does. They also call back and check my satisfaction personally to ensure my needs were met. I would highly recommend them. I would also get their powder cleaner to clean between visits. The powder is a bit of a pain as I mentioned but I prefer it to steam cleaning services that can generate mold -- which can destroy the value of your home. The powder is safer. got carpet cleaned, used internet coupon for 415 and got $10 back. stairs look completely new. have two kids and really needed it badly. they were nice and did a great job. got here early even. answered questions, explained well , etc. thanks. Pros: guys got job done more

These servicemen were professional and explained what they were doing very effectively. \r I have used other carpet cleaning services and had to wait over 24 hours for the carpet to be dry. One hour and the entire process is complete with the carpet looking great. \r It was surprising that I could schedule my appointment so quickly. \r Pros: Quick scheduling and one hour cleaning more

Excellent Service and Results 8/6/2009

Carpet dry cleaning is the way to go. No wet carpets you have to put a fan on for hours. The service is quick and works better than steam cleaners. Terry was our service tech and was very professional and could answer our questions. I would recommend this company if you are looking to remove spots and have better looking carpets! I was very impressed with the work that they did, they called several days before to confirm, then again on the day of service. They arrived promptly, moved the furniture that needed to be moved, cleaned efficiently and left everything how they found it. They paid attention to any little stain that i didn't even know was there. Overeall, they did a great job and will use them again! Pros: service and attention to detail more
