Polo and Vance had a 12 Noon appointment to clean my rugs and called that morning to see if I wanted them to come earlier. Since that was fine with me, they arrived about 9:25 and immediately set up a demo (which was impressive) and took measurements. Once I gave them the go-ahead, they went right to work and finished 4 bedrooms, 2 bonus rooms, a stairwell and a hallway in about 2 hours time. All the while, they were very friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. I'd recommend them highly.
