I am really impressed with this service! I had some stains that we had never been able to remove by steam cleaning. In fact they were often made worse when we steam cleaned. These stains were at least 4 year old pet stains from the previous owners. Finally they are gone! I will be using this company again. Victor explained the process well and was thorough.

Cons: You may need to vacuum again after they leave
