I talked to a Nancy at this place and it was a horrilble experince. if beig in an car wrake wasnt bad enough the way these people treat you is even worse. I have never been treated this bad by any company more

I was charged 410 dollars to have my car pulled out of a ditch and towed 3 miles. These people are not only incomptent, but real close to being outright theives. Why the city lets them operate is beyond me. more

This review is for the Cardinal Towing on Noble Ave, near 85th Ave in Brooklyn Park. I am amazed that these guys are still in business. I have never seen a worst customer service than this one before. We needed to have our truck towed to a nearby garage, so my wife and I drove to this entity. As I began to speak, the manager who was eating self-made taco, ordered a worker to crank up an already loud CB Radio which practically drowned my speech. I asked for our truck to be towed to a garage 3 miles away and asked for the cost. At first, he completely ignored me, then he suddenly told me that the cost is $150.00. I replied by saying 'Don't you think it's a bit too expensive for such a short distance?' In response, he told me to use my 1997 Mercury Sable to tow the truck. He was extremely rude to us. Personally, we would find it difficult in the future to use a towing or other services associated with Cardinal Towing. more

The dispatcher was simply rude. Although I was calm and friendly when asking for assistance, she seemed unhelpful and abrasive from the get-go.\r When I was fiddling through my things to try to find the information she requested, she huffed and puffed on the other line as if I was wasting her precious time.\r I asked if I could call her back with the information once I got it all together for her, (this is the first time I've ever needed my car towed in my life: how am I supposed to know all of the information she needed) and she told me sharply that 'no, she could not tow the car until they had the credit card number'.\r No duh. That's why I wanted to call her back.\r I only wanted to call her back later because she seemed annoyed with me as I fiddled through my things: I wanted to let her go so she could finish doing her nails or playing solitaire.\r Needless to say, after I gathered the required information and called another towing company. And thank God, they were much friendlier. more

A few weeks ago we had occasion to use Cardinal Towing Service. While the circumstances of NEEDING a tow are never fun, the experience was remarkably pleasant. \r \r In a nut shell our family was on an outing in Downtown Minneapolis to get hair cuts [old employer of my wife] and visit the farmers market. Afterwards with 2 small tired cranky boys in tow [no pun intended:)], our car would not start. Lights, camera, ....not a peep. After a bit offiddling we call our regular garage and obtain the phone number for their prefered towing service-- Cardinal Towing.\r \r We were expecting a long wait and difficult legistics for getting our car out of a downtown parking ramp and a wait while I went with it to drop the car off and pick up the rental at the shop some distance away. \r \r The experience was so different than what we were dreading.
