A few weeks ago we had occasion to use Cardinal Towing Service. While the circumstances of NEEDING a tow are never fun, the experience was remarkably pleasant. \r

In a nut shell our family was on an outing in Downtown Minneapolis to get hair cuts [old employer of my wife] and visit the farmers market. Afterwards with 2 small tired cranky boys in tow [no pun intended:)], our car would not start. Lights, camera, ....not a peep. After a bit offiddling we call our regular garage and obtain the phone number for their prefered towing service-- Cardinal Towing.\r

We were expecting a long wait and difficult legistics for getting our car out of a downtown parking ramp and a wait while I went with it to drop the car off and pick up the rental at the shop some distance away. \r
