This is truly a family business, and I got excellent dedicated customer service. I met one of the Palm brothers through mutual friends, and I was immediately impressed by them. Along with their mother, they have continued the business their father started many years ago. Alex has been very knowledgeable and responsive, and I got a great price on my car insurance. Best customer service 1/16/2007

If you can look past the fact it is located in the middle of South Central LA, California Star is a great place to get car insurance. The owner, Alex Palm, offers the best customer I've ever gotten from an insurance agent. Reliable, courteous, and knowledgeable.
