Great service department 5/2/2008

I had seen their dealership many times on the way to work, and they seemed to carry exclusively BMW's.. so I took my car in for service. Their mechanic shop seemed professional and the service adviser gave me a quote that was about $300 cheaper than Santa Monica BMW for the engine work on my old 3 series. Long story short the people were friendly, and I received fast service at a bargain price. Pros: prices, fast service Cons: none more

I had seen their dealership many times on the way to work, and they seemed to carry exclusively BMW's.. so I took my car in for service. They lied to me 4/11/2008

I bought a car there in 2006. The car had low mileage and was a great deal... at the time. I asked the sales person if the car had ever been in an accident and trusted them because they are a reputable dealer... so I thought. I tried to sell me car yesterday and found out it was in a major car accident 5 months before I bought it. I know that they knew the history of the car and they lied to me about it. If you buy a car from them, go to carfax before you do it, I learned the hard way. I would not recommend them because of this experience. Pros: cheap cars Cons: not trustworthy sales people more

Terrible Business, don't waste your time or money 8/4/2006

I went there to look at bmw's because of their low prices. If the cars looked in good shape I was interested in buying with cash which I could have done that day. After about an hour of looking at various cars on the lot I asked if I could test drive 2 of them. The sales person said I had to fill out a lengthy credit application before I could test drive anything and then proceeded to bring in the floor manager who was extremely rude and refused to let me test driving multiple cars. He said I either knew what car I wanted or I was wasting their time. He accused me of not being a serious buyer and challenged our ability to pay. We walked out because he was so terrible. He lost two customers forever who were willing to walk out with a car that day paid in cash. I would never go here again nor should anyone else. Pros: none Cons: Terribly rude staff/manager, bad salesmanship more

Avoid getting over-charged and having to take your car to another repair shop. 7/27/2006

I took my car in for a repair. They charged me for 12 spark plugs, 2 oil, filters, and 2 air filters. I had them correct the mistakes. Car was originally taken in for repair of tire and lights on the dash. They did not fix. I will never go back. This is a classic auto shop rip-off joint.... more
