If there was a way to give less than one star I would do so. It's the third time I went to this place, the 2 first times were not great but I figured everyone can have off days......

In and out very quickly 7/19/2011

We came in for vaccines and I was so pleased that my original appointment for a Friday was changed to a Wednesday for a discount. We were in and out very quickly! more

I was quite pleased 7/13/2011

I was quite pleased at the speed, when I entered the office, I was helped quickly, with any questions I had. I came in with my dog for a bath and a nail trim, came back an hour later and picked up my dog in excellent condition. more

happy and satisfied 7/11/2011

This was our first visit to the Vet and quite honestly we are both very happy and satisfied with the care we received. We will definitely be coming back. Jack Frost, like any other animal, is not a fan of Vet visits, but you guys made it pain-less which he truly appreciates. He's already getting better with the antibiotics we were given. I couldn't be happier! Thanks guys! more

Favorite place 7/7/2011

This time the length on my dogs nails were perfect. In the past there have been a couple of times where the nails were still too long after the trim. Overall, this is my favorite place and I always recommend it. more

Cahuenga pet hospital is a great place and I will refer my friends and family members to take their pets to this great location. Reception area and staff are courteous. The vets are very professional with a world of knowledge. more

The service was fine. No complaints at all. As a hospital though, my only suggestion would be to be open longer. Another suggestion would be to have more discounts or programs to help owners with special cases or low funds. Otherwise, well done! more

Seen with much care 6/10/2011

Once we were seen at reception (after a rather long wait) the process went very quickly. It's not possible to go back on the survey to make changes so I wanted to clear that up. I feel that Lula was seen to very professionally and with much care. I also appreciated the follow-up call from the doctor. Thank you! more

I don't feel cheated in any way 4/28/2011

They answered my questions and informed me about how my cat contracted the tapeworms, and the procedures he needed to undergo. I also thought the price was fair. The check up was $47, deworming injection $31 and nail trimming $13. I did not get charged for weighing my pet, and informed the nurse that I didn't need a $12 flea treatment because I had my own, and she removed it from my charges. Granted, I did tell her my pet did not use flea treatment, because he hadn't had fleas since moving from my mother's house, who's indoor/outdoor dog had contracted fleas and transferred them to my cat. So I spent $96 to treat my cat to a doctor visit. He's doing very well now, so I don't feel cheated in any way. I even got a phone call the next day checking up on him. more

I wouldn't take my dog to any other pet hospital, and I totally appreciate the doctor and assistants at this hospital and highly recommend it to everyone that has pets more
