The homemade cuisine, firstly, is outstanding. I had the popular rigatoni norcina, which has a sauce so subtle yet flavorful I couldn't eat it slowly. I tried the tiramisu on a recommendation, and indeed it was delightful (although beware of inhaling cocoa powder! :). The prices here are reasonable, and Nancy, our server (and the owner's daughter) was so helpful and so friendly that we felt at home. I agree with the suggestion to bring one's own wine (they don't seem to charge a corking fee!). I highly commend Caffe Capri.
Pros: Excellent dishes, Honest service
