I have so tried to love this place because they have such coffee. After yet another incident when the youthful help (who pull great shots) chatted with a client for a long time about personal matters with a line building, allowed someone to cut into line and fumble with their money and discuss work out an order that should have been done beforehand, interrupted my order in progress when their focus switched--or stared vacantly into the air when they had nothing to do and I standing, money in hand, hoping to order my scone, pay, and sit down when the coffee came--I have had to declare myself a compulsive doer--not suited for such casual service. They mean well, the coffee is great, the atmosphere (once you struggle through the line) is wonderful. But, this level of disorganization comes off as rude for someone who hopes to have a leisurely cup of coffee before the bus arrives or a Flexcar reservation time arrives.
