Café Beignet is located in the Seattle Center House next to the Space Needle and is the little gem of the building. It is across from the Italian Restaurant and has the best New Orleans beignets. A beignet is like a square doughnut with no hole, is deep fried and could be smothered in either powdered sugar or cinnamon. You could get a filling in them as well. They are sooo good.
