If your getting cosmetic surgery this is the place to go. I'm from Pa and I promised myself by 30 yrs old I would have my breast done. Well, that time has come and I started doing my research and here in Pa they are beyond expensive. So I did a google search for Florida and I contacted CG Cosmetics along with other places and Tatiana from CG Cosmetics got back to me right away and for a month prior to coming to Miami she talked to me ( almost on a daily basis ) about any questions or concerns I had. She made me feel so comfortable and I knew this was the place for me to go. So I was scheduled for my consultation 3/3/14 and my surgery was the next day 3/4/14. Well my flight to Miami on 3/3/14 got delayed and I didn't end up in Miami til late in the evening. I was freaking out and Tatiana reassured me that everything would be okay not to worry that we can do everything on the day of my surgery.\r So on 3/4/14, I met with Tatiana, she was just a ball of energy, it was like seeing a friend that you haven't seen in forever, she gave me a hug and we talked and got started with the process. I met with Dr Freiman and he was great, any doubts I had were gone. I was a 34A and wanted to be a full C maybe small D and I told him I wanted them to look as natural as possible and he reassured me that he would make sure they would fit with my body type.I decided to go with saline implants,it was 450cc, under the muscle and thru the areola. The whole process went smoothly, I couldn't be happier and even though my breast are still a little swollen, they look great. I'm beyond happy and so is my husband. I had my post op appt. the day after and again everything went smoothly. I stayed in Miami for 3 more days and then went back home to Pa. \r Now since being home I have contacted Tatiana with some questions and as before she has gotten back to me right away. There are no words to say about how impressed I am with these guys. It was professional, friendly, clean and just over all a great experience for me. I cant wait to come back in a couple months ( family vacation/ post op ) and tell them how happy I am. \r So again if your looking into cosmetic surgery, this place will not disappoint you I promise that. I already have friends here in Pa that are looking into CG Cosmetics. more

We have been coming here for a couple of years now. My little friend came with a skin condition and has been coming in and out several times which has been a financial strain on us. The doctor here really cares about helping pets because he has been so accommodating and helpful to our financial issues. I’m very happy with my results. I went to CG center and everybody there was very professional and nice with me. My surgery was a bilateral standard mastopexy (Lifting my breast by removing excess skin), and bilateral reduction mammoplasty (Reducing the size of my breast by removing excess breast tissue). My surgery was in august 2009. I'am very happy with my result. I love dr. Craft he's the best thanks to him my life change a lot. Am planning to go back next year for a tummy tuck, I lose 30 pounds and am ready for my next surgery.\r more

Clarification... the directory does not allow for the word breas7, so I had to substitute with other similar words.\r \r After my wife b-fed our baby for 10 months - her bosom was never the same. They started to sag more and more every year. She slos has a long chest area.... Dr. Friedman was able to ""fill"" in her chest area without doing a b-lift! Also the Coral Gables staff team was very professional, nice and comforting to her but me as well before and after the procedure. her bosom looks and feels so real just like the ones she had before she had the baby but even better..... She loves her bust now thank you Coral Gables.\r more

Just want to also mention, when I was at the clinic for my consultation, all staff acknowledged me and welcomed me to make me feel at ease. Even the manager Tatiana Gomez came to introduce herself & to say hi. My experience was nothing but incredible, and my satisfaction with the surgery itself is fantastic! My experience at The Coral Gables Cosmetic Center was everything I had hoped for and more. I too read the reviews on this board before my consultation at Coral Gables Cosmetic in Miami. I have to admit some of them scared me almost to the point of cancelling the surgery, but I am writing this review to say I am so glad I didn't! For all of you, especially those who are travelling from abroad as I was, coming from Canada, I have this to note; I would certainly recommend this clinic to anyone wanting work done! The clinic was very clean & professional. My surgeon Dr. Jacob Freiman was fabulous, not to mention young & funny ;) But one of the most impressionable persons on me was my coordinator Yadira Salina. She made the entire process a breeze and made me feel so loved & comfortable but kept a level of professionalism that exceeded expectations! She almost always answered the phone for my many questions and if I left a message she would call back within the hour, in addition to giving me hotel recommendations since I wasn't familiar with the area. Day of surgery, I met with the anesthesiologist, he was a complete sweetheart. Very comforting person. I also met with the Dr. Fisher who took my before pictures and drew on me prior to surgery. I walked to the surgery room, laid on the operating table and knocked out! Woke up cold and in pain but with boobs and a flat tummy.\r more

I had a good experience at Coral Gables Cosmetic. My patient coordinator was Tatiana. Like every other patient coordinator at any plastic surgeon office or cosmetic center, she tries to pressure you to a down that same day. IT'S THEIR JOB, it doesn't mean you're obligated to put the down at that very moment. I visited several surgeon's and it's the same EVERYWHERE. I think it's ridiculous when people get offended because someone is doing their job, you do have a choice so relax.\r more

I am a REALISTIC person with realistic expectations .. I had surgery with a BMI of obese. I didn't expect the doctor to make me a Barbie doll, I expected him to lift my breast so that they can look straight across and not to the ground. I also expected to be overweight with a flat tummy and that is exactly what I am and I am 100% happy.\r more

This was my first surgery so I can't compare their service to anyone else however it was a good first experience, I LOVE my doctor and I LOVE my results.\r more
