I just recently had a procedure done, Im very happy with the outcomes. Everybody was very helpfull including my coordinator (Dayomie). She has strong knowledge of all the procedures and answered all my questions. She was there with me since day one till my operation. My doctor was Dr. Craft I had a breast augmentation/ lipo suction. Im already thinking about my next procedure and i know i'll always be in good hands which is very impotant for me. The place is very sanitary and always clean. I highly recommend this facility for any plastic surgery and make sure to ask for Dayomie. more

LLame y me atendio la senorita Yadira , ella me explico todo y me atendio con mucha amabilidad . Mi doctor fue el doctor Craft , el me gusto mucho , me explico todo , fue muy dulce y muy profesional . Hace un ano atras estuve buscando por todo el Sur de la Florida una clinica de cirugia cosmetica que llenara todas mis espectativas, finalmente recomendada por la Dra de mi hermana, vine a Coral gables Cosmetic Center. Desde que entre por la puerta la atencion fue de primera, todas las muchachas fueron muy amables, mi Coordinadora Tatiana me explico todo con mucho detalle, y mi Dr Robert Hunsaker fue muy profesional ya que se tomo bastante tiempo en mi consulta respondiendo todas mis dudas. Mis resultados fueron expectaculares, estoy muy Feliz de haber escogido Coral Gables Cosmetic Center para tener mi cirugia. After reading horror stories about a few cosmetic centers in my area. I finally decided the drive to Coral Gables was worth it. I had 2 consultations. The first one, I met with Dr. Craft (SUPER NICE & Professional) he measured me and asked what I was looking for. I told him and he gave me his suggestion (Full C small D). I didn't book my surgery that day because I had to check my schedule to make sure I'd have enough time off to recover and someone to take care of me. I made a second appointment because I was worried a full C small D would be way too big. When I show him the 2nd time he was just as nice and even told me to come back as many times as i'd like until I'm comfortable and he's answered all my questions. I booked my surgery that day and went with his suggestion. I went in for my surgery came out and everyone was very nice and accommodating. It's been a month since my surgery and I'm more than happy with the results. Not too big not too small. They're PERFECT! The only thing that needs improvement would be their wait time. My surgery was delayed a couple of hours. I've also heard a few people complain during my follow up that they've been waiting for an hour to see the follow up doctor. Considering they do such a great job it's obvious why they're so busy. the wait time was only an issue for me on my surgery day. Which isn't a big deal considering everything else they did exceeded my expectation. I recommend Dr. Craft 100%. He's a great Doctor who actually listens to you. more

Importante! Si no lee ingles, pidale a alguien que se lo lea! Terrible... of course they are great when everything comes out as planned, like everyone else... but good service, and human quality! are tested when things do not work as planned!!! They miscalculated the difference between my left and right implant, one of my breasts was bigger than the other one, so much! that the doctor even said that he would repeat the surgery without charging extra money for the fix.. Everything was fine until I spoke to the person in charge...tatiana... she would rather make you look abnormal than lose money... she pointed out that the contract says that they are not responsible if the results are not as expected.. (it makes sense.. breasts are not the same before, they can almost never be the same after)... but this was a tremendous difference! (the doctor recognized it)... But anyway.. Tatiana wanted me to pay again for everything but the the doctor's fee.. even for the new implants! like it was my fault that they didn't fill them up the right way! She didn't even count the fact that they only needed to fix one! to make it the same as the other... I DECIDED TO LET IT GO! there was no way to win... BUT THAT IS NOT IT! I went back after 2 years (the time it took me to save money to fix them.. i though to myself... if I am going to pay for the entire thing.. I'll take advantage of it.. I wanted to get bigger implants because i was still boderline b-c... I went in again for a BREAST AUGMENTATION.. and this time i wanted silicone... I purchased new bras! one size bigger!! Imagine my surprise when the swollen passed.. and all my old bras still fit me! and the new ones didn't! Yeah.. i got silicone this time.. now they look even! but I payed for a BREAST AUGMENTATION!.. and once again.. the doctor offered to fix the problem.. until tatiana came in the picture.. again... the same story... At least now I don't have to hide the horrible job they did the first time.. but please!!! go somewhere else!!! more

I absolutely loved what Dr. Christopher Craft did with my breast, I had an augmentation and lift. Ever since I first contacted them I knew I had to come here for my surgery. Finally I made my decision and Dr. Craft and the Coral Gables Cosmetic Center was the place to go. Since day one with Tatiana all my questions were answered accordingly and with a lot of patience, and I was able to confident went ahead with the procedure the week after the first consultation. I highly recommend this place, in my case was a breast augmentation, I dont have nothing but excellent comments about this place and all the staff that was able to help me during this time.
