The BUZZ electronics is an outstanding store 3/30/2006

The Buzz electronics on Coney Island Ave between avenues J&K is an outstanding store. They carry a full line of electronics and major appliances. Their line includes the most expensive, highest quality items, as well as the cheapest items you can ever find. Their prices are fantastic. Additionally, they have a full line of dishes which includes china, mikasa, correlle, and stoneware to mention a few. They also have a full line of cutlery and many many many other kitchen gadgets. They are the perfect place to purchase items to set up a new kitchen, or to buy gifts. I never heard an unhappy customer come out of that store. more

High prices 8/18/2005

This place has a nice selection and is a place you can drop by for some good deals on what they have advertised, but whatever is not advertised tends to be quite pricey. I'd reccomend trying some of the national chains unless you try some of the stuff they have on sale prices. more

Good prices 8/16/2005

The Buzz electronics has great prices. But don’t expect someone to help you there. You can browse no one will bother you. But as most local non chain electronic stores they have a return policy that is useless. So know what you want when you come. One major problem that I observed is that they advertise things and when you get there they say it was a printing mistake. more

These guys specialize in professional camera equipment. Their sales people know what they are talking about, but you will need to show them that you are serious about making a purchase to get their attention. Their prices are average and they do web orders as well. They have great monthly specials. more

Poor Products/Good Service 8/5/2005

I recently purchased a new 8,000 BTU air conditioner. When I got home and installed it, it wouldn’t cool. I was outraged. I called the electronics store for an exchange. They agreed, but it was such a hassle, lugging a huge air conditioner back in forth. I felt angry that they sold me a lemon. Even if they offered me an exchange I was still very angry they sold me a piece of junk in the first place. I will never purchase anything from there again. more

The Buzz in Brooklyn 8/3/2005

This store has average to good prices and a lot of variety for a non-chain store. They have lots of household and kitchen items as well as electonics items. Sometimes it is hard to figure out the prices as they are not marked and no one is around to help you out. I guess it is worth a trip if you are buying any electronics / houshols items and live nearby. more
