This place will make you spend more and give you the run around. my broker was nice and helpful, but he didnt put any money back into my pocket. i was screwed!!

Unhelpful, outrageous brokers' fee and all around unreliable. When they needed me to pay they found me problem and got back to me right away. When I needed something from them-- nowhere to be found. Had to call 3 different times cause my agent wouldn't return my calls. I have no doubt that if anything actually happened I would never see my money. Stay away! more

Survival insurance rip off 7/16/2011

They over charge you because they have broker fees. You will have better lick finding your own car insurance.I was paying 40$ over what I needed to with an sr22 and when I threaten to close my policy they found something for 30$ cheaper out of the blue. I went out and found my own for 40$ cheaper and saved hundreds on my down payment. Avoid survival insurance by any means necessary. more

Report to Insurance Commisoner 9/23/2009

This has been a terrible experience for me. They ask for a downpayment but it really is a fee to the agency to write the policy. After my policy was written I received a $1,000 increase in my rates becuase they found an accident from 2 years ago. more

Stay Away 6/20/2005

Stay far far away from this insurance office. If you do end up going there pay close attention to the schiesters there. Pay special attention to the broker fee page. (this should NEVER be more than $200 for a car). Also pay special attention to anything with a $ sign. Make sure they aren't going to be charging your credit card more than one time. Don't take any BS and make sure you have all your questions answered without anyone changing the subject. Better yet just stay away. more
