Terrible Service!!! 4/17/2007

After scheduling service with Harmon - they answer the phone as Glass Doctor - they called the day they were supposed to fix my windshield and rescheduled due to a sick technician. OK. Fine. Rescheduled for the next morning between 10:00 and 11:00. But nobody showed up. After calling their office and being told that they were "on their way", they're still not here, and it's 1:30. If you want your day wasted by waiting for a technician to come out, by all means call these guys! more

good value 8/16/2005

this store provides good value for windshield repair and replacement. I called around for quotes and so far this place is the most competitive. Mobile service comes at the agreed time and service is brisk, unlike some other companies who come only after 4-5 hrs, by the time the windshield chip will turn into a full size crack. more

front windshield Chip repair 8/16/2005

I have had these people repair front glass chips on my car twice. They are kinda pricy at 50 bucks a pop, but they do come to your location, and get the job done in about 20 minutes. I also had them replace my windshield about two years ago - they did a good and timely job and even searched for a good deal on glass prices when I explained to them I did not have alot of extra cash. All in all, nice people and prompt if not a little pricy. more
