Kings Toyota Incorporated

I bought my 2004 Highlander at Toyota of Cincinnati, and was relatively OK with the sales process. However, since I work near Kings Toyota that is where I USED to take it for service. The last time I was there for warranty work, they were rude and not very helpful, and I waited almost an hour longer than they told me that I would. Since then, I go out of my way to go to back to where I bought my truck. They have lost me as a customer. more

After I bought the car everything was fine, but the process of actually looking for one and going through the paperwork wasn't that great. I was really surprised that the sales person not only did all kinds of things to make me feel totally stupid, but also when I was actually ready to sign the papers, made me wait almost all day! I was shocked to find out that he was working several customers at the same time, jumping from one cubicle to the next. Unbelievable! I love my car, I think the quality is great and the dealership has a lot of great choices, but they could definitely make improvements in sales. more

Three months ago, I was looking for a car in replacement of my Honda, my dad suggested Kings Auto mall. We went through every dealer and finally went to Toyota. By the time we get there, there are many cars and the dealers welcome us and assisted us right away. I like their customers service. This is where I got my used Mitsubishi Eclipse for cheap. For some reason, their cars are cheaper than the rest of Kings Toyota. While paying for it, they are very helpful and everything. I recommend this car dealer. If you went there, just look for Mr. Carl Rinaldi (my dealer) and he will assist you with everything. The only downside is the parking (maybe because there are many traded in cars... evidently, many people trade in their cars here because it's one of the best!) more
