After I bought the car everything was fine, but the process of actually looking for one and going through the paperwork wasn't that great. I was really surprised that the sales person not only did all kinds of things to make me feel totally stupid, but also when I was actually ready to sign the papers, made me wait almost all day! I was shocked to find out that he was working several customers at the same time, jumping from one cubicle to the next. Unbelievable! I love my car, I think the quality is great and the dealership has a lot of great choices, but they could definitely make improvements in sales. more
