The Independant Film Festival of music 9/12/2002

It's obvious the people who dog bumbershoot are ignorant. Bumbershoot is about experiencing non-mainstream artists of ever venue. Bumbershoot is the musical equivalent of Seattle's Independant Flim Festival. There's hardly any other event that offers literally ever kind of musical experience in one weekend. If you're looking for a mainstream event, you should look up Summerjam and Endfest (which put Lalapalooza out of business I might ad). Pros: Ticket price, Timing, Variety of perfomers more

If this is the west coast's biggest music fest, than shame on us. San Diego's Street Scene is so much better (and bigger) than Bumbershoot. I think Bumbershoot needs to get better bands, better food, and open up those beer gardens, come on! Waste of money and I will never go again. Pros: Location, Atmosphere Cons: Bands, Restrictions more
