Quorum Real Estate is by far the worst business I have ever worked with. We moved into a unit that was not cleaned prior to our moving in. The back door of the unit had no lock on it for the first two months when we moved in, and most of the problems we noted in the initial walk through were never fixed. Our roof leaked the entire time we were there, and Quorum was slow and ineffective in attempting to patch the leak. We were not notified when Quorum sent people to do maintenance and came home with no stairs to our front door one day, in addition to coming home to branches in our driveway because someone had come to maintain the yard without our being informed. None of the phone jacks worked on the second floor of our unit. The previous tenant had accidentally ripped out the towel rod in the bathroom, and the person who plastered over the hole left all of the dirt and plaster on the bathroom floor, and put the broken rod in our bathroom cupboard. When we moved out, our landlord lied to us about the procedure and ripped us off for our deposit, in spite of the fact that we left the unit 20 times cleaner than we had received it in. The landlord was obviously unfamiliar with the unit, and he asked us multiple times during the final walk through whether parts of the unit (e.g. a mirror on a door) had been there when we moved in. Our landlord was rude and was noticeably annoyed if we called with maintenance requests. When I called to inquire about why we had not received our full deposit back, he hung up on me. By far the worst we have ever worked with.
Pros: we no longer rent from them
Cons: that they are still in business
