Probably good place for basic copying, but anything more and you get resistance. Not terribly customer service oriented. They're about the only game in town so maybe they're spoiled, but I always feel like they're doing me a favor by taking my business. I was quoted a fee that I thought was high, went to a competitor and got it for 1/4 of the price. Not sure why, can only surmise my business wasn't worth the effort.
