I was so impressed with Horizon Ford. I was getting ready to move from Seattle using a U-Haul trailer, when I found out I had some obscure part in my tow package that needed to be replaced so that the trailer lights would hook up to the U-Haul. The staff was incredibly helpful and helped me as I was in a time crunch to get all of my possessions out of my apartment and hit the road! They looked at my car in a very timely fashion, and kept me posted with the different tests they were running on it. Once they figured out which part needed to be replaced, they replaced it really quickly. I was in and out of there much faster than I thought I would be and was so grateful for their assistance. more

Basically, you apply for the loan and they turn in your information to the bank they are with, within 30 mins to an hour the bank comes back with a list of cars that you are approved of. I love that! I love that it tells me what cars will work based off of what I can afford! It was within my price range too and he worked with the down payment! It was seamless I tell you! And I felt no pressure to choose a car, because the cars were already chosen for me! Completely stress free!! more

I test drove a 2004 Explorer and after 3hrs we met and swaped my trade-in. II know I got a great deal. Even after buying it AS_IS they helped me with several items--they did't have to! Yes after I wear this one out--I will go back for another great experience. more

I have taken my diesel truck in to this dealership on three or four different occasions. First was for an oil and fuel filter change that went well. The second time was when I was having turbo and TBC problems. more

I've been ordering parts online from Horizon Ford (formerly Millennium Ford) for a few years now and I find them to be friendly and the service to be great. If they have the parts in stock they ship them out asap, if not the wait is only a few extra days while they are waiting for the parts to arrive from the Ford warehouse. So from my personal experience with Horizon Ford I have no complaints and I will continue to order parts from them. more

So nice, we've bought twice!! This dealership treats us SOOO well that we've been back twice! We bought a 2003 Ford Explorer and recently traded it in for a 2007 Ford Expedition. When our daughter goes to college, we'll be back to get her a Ford Focus (just keep it secret though) more

Very Pleased 3/21/2011

This review is for the service department only - I haven't bought a vehicle from them, so don't know about the sales department. I bought a used RV on a Ford E350 chassis last year. The previous owner had the maintenance done at Horizon, so I decided to go there also. I am very pleased with them. I find some of the service advisors a bit brusque, but they have never steered me wrong, and have never tried to sell me something I don't need. When I've gone in there asking if I should have them do some service or another, if it's something I don't really need, or don't need yet, they'll tell me so. I've also been very pleased with the services that they have done. I feel 100% comfortable taking my RV there, knowing that they are both honest and very competent. Can't comment on their comparative prices as this is the only place I've taken the RV for chassis/engine servicing. I'm satisfied that they're worth what they charge. more

Worth the Drive!!!! 3/16/2011

Living in the Burien area for the past 22 years, I always believed that keeping my money in the local economy was the right thing to do. But after loosing a LIFETIME oil change program from Millennium Ford in Burien, I found a new ford dealership to use. Horizon Ford is by far the best dealership i have ever used for service. The guys in the service department are honest and extremely friendly. Worth the drive to this place!!!!!!! Buyer be aware of a LIFETIME deal :( more
