Let me say that if i could, I would give this shop a zero star. \r

I have been to the shop twice. The first time I was there the experience was already not so pleasant. The man at the counter gets impatient easily and many times uses a tone that I dont believe is appropriate towards a customer. I must say he is the grumppiest person I have seen whom I am paying for service. But I thought, his shop is so close to home, and as long as he does the work, that's fine. \r

A couple of days ago I brought my leather boots in, I needed the straps on the boots stitiched because one of them came off. I explained to him i wanted the stitch to be at a certain spot because I do not want them to be noticeable. Maybe my questions were stupid, question like ""can you stitch it over here where there are already stitches?"", or ""Are you going to use the same color as the existing stitches?"", he was so irritated and again used a very unpleasant tone like i do not know what i am asking...hmm..... I was really turned off but needed my boots done asap so i told myself, enough of yelling this is the last time. \r

Last saturday as he has promised, i went to pick up my boots. Guess what, he put the stitches at completely wrong places, what makes it worst is the stitches are at places where I do not want any stitch. Now that the stitches are there, i cant take them off because there will be marks on the leather!! He realized the boots were done wrong and told me to come back in 3 days. I asked if he can do it today, he raised his voice again saying he doesnt work on the boots, he sends them to someone else. Same irritated tone, and NOT A SINGLE APOLOGIE.\r

I am not super picky when it comes to service. But this man's attitude is simply unacceptable. I dont understand how one can provide such terrible service and still stays in business. I for one is taking my business somewhere else.
