Waited 2 hours. Never showed up. Never called either. more

I can't write about the food because the customer service caused me to walk out. They have an unspoken policy of tolerating racism with their employees. Although mostly Latinos work the front desk, they feel they have a pass to be bigots because others are bigoted towards them when it should be the opposite. One girl freely threw the ""N"" word around in reference to a dissatisfied customer. The manager defended the employees action while trying to calm the now offended customer. It looked very much as if the manager was not going to reprimand the employee in any way. The whole situation disgusted me and I walked out before seeing how the situation resolved itself. I advise anyone not to give this location your business. Such behavior in any light should not be tolerated. more

Papa John's is by far the best of the many pizza chains in the US(Pizza Hut, Little Cesar's, Domino's, etc.)! Their pizza is delicious and always seemed a bit pricy (for good reasons) to me. They are starting to compete more with pricing, the 1 topping large pizza is a great deal!
