Breeze Salon & Day Spa

I received a gift card to this salon last Christmas and unfortunately I haven't used it yet. But I drove by the address in Round Rock today and there is a big ""For Rent"" sign up and the phone number isn't working? Does anyone know where the new location is? My brother spent a lot of money on this gift card and I don't want to see it go down the drain. Thank You. more

I'm a Dallas Blonde. I know that isn't hugely popular in au'natural Austin and I'm now wearing Toms and using Green Cleaning products but I draw the line at naturalizing my hair color! \r \r Natalie got me uber light, pale and perfect blonde and did it in a reasonable amount of time. The hair cut I got was also the best one yet. I have been skeptical of anyone who cuts and colors, but she really can do both. \r \r Susan herself was a tad aloof in regards to customer service. When I walked in, she failed to greet me with a ""I'll be just a minute"" as she was on the phone and then greeted her boyfriend who walked in behind me before she even acknowledged I was there. But I've had off-days too, so I'll assume it was an oversight and not a policy. \r \r The salon was clean and cute and the Star Cafe a few doors down was a perfect lunch stop. more

Got a GREAT pedicure from Amanda at Susan Hart. The spa staff is friendly, and I got the best pedicure I've ever had....This won't be my last visit! more

The staff was courteous and friendly. The prices were VERY reasonable and they made me feel like a million bucks before I even had my hair cut. After my cut I felt like 2 million! more

i made a same day appointment with mandy back in february after being referred by ""mrs stanley"" :) i was very unhappy with my previous hairstylist of 8+ years. you can imagine my hesitance to move on. mandy cut/colored my hair for an extremely reasonable price. it looked amazing! i immediately felt better about myself and the decision i made to switch. they did a complimentary make-up consultation while i was there. they treated me to some lovely ""beverages."" i felt truly pampered and can't believe it has taken me this long to find someone new. i am so excited to go back! thinking of adding feathers! mandy rocks!!! more

I had to come on here and write about a girl that has taken care of me for awhile. Her name is Sassy. She is by far the best when it comes to making my hair, the way I want it. I have been through many diffrent people who just could not do the job I wanted. I have never been more happy, then when I found Sassy. She has a great personality and really does care about how you look and feel during your time with her and after. I highly recommend going to see Sassy if you want to walk away feeling great. more

Ok, I initially went here to get my eyelashes dyed. After that wonderful, relaxing experience by Shannon, I came back to get a haircut with Mandy. Let me just say that although Mandy is tiny, she is mighty! She listens when you talk and provides awesome recommendations. Once, I had to go to Sassy when Mandy was booked and she is awesome! Her laugh is infectious and she takes good care of you! I am so blessed and lucky to have found the Susan Hart Salon. They are all very caring and will bend over backwards to accomodate anyones needs. Susan is darling and so friendly, as is her entire staff and believe me, I've gone there for eyelash extensions (Christina does them very beautifully and naturally), facials (Shannon takes care of you and knows her stuff). My 7 year old daughter got her hair cut and a mini mani from Amanda. My daughter hates haircuts and refuses to let anyone but Amanda do her hair now! Mandy did my nails before and they were beautiful! It is so nice to have a full service salon where every employee cares and is able to do more than one thing. You are treated like a dear friend the minute you walk in the door! Don't miss out on an utterly awesome experience!!! more

They offer a ton of services, which is great for a busy person who doesn't want to keep track of a million appointments. Anyway, I was extremely nervous because I was so afraid of another bad haircut (and this is right before a vacation). Amanda was awesome. I got a mani & pedi, hair cut and blow dry. She put me at ease and the rest of the staff were very welcoming and told me some great stories. It seemed like everyone was interested in what I was having done. It felt great. I've never been one to devote a whole lot to myself, but I think that is changing! My hair looks and feels great. I'm very happy and feel wonderful. I even made a follow up appointment-- a rare thing indeed. Do not hesitate to go here. They are worth it & the prices are reasonable. more

I haven't been this excited about a Salon or stylist in a LONG time! Today I went to Susan Hart Boutique Salon for a hair cut and glitter toes. I got to be seen by Natalie and she did an AMAZING job. She was wonderful. I mentioned how I wasn't loving outgrown highlights and she knew just what to do to fix it and it's amazing. When she was all done putting some toner on it and giving my an awesome new cut my hair looks so wonderful and healthy! She didn't try to rush me through she took her time and did a great job. I have had soooo many compliments on my hair today! I LOVE it. Natalie also did my toes. She is amazing at Glitter Toes and I am so excited about it. My toes and feet haven't looked and felt so good in a long time.I spent a little over two hours with Natalie and never got bored. She is very personable and fun to talk to! I can't WAIT to go back! My daughter inlaw and I booked services at Susan Hart Day Spa at the last minute. I had doubts of having all the services available which I had requested. I even said I could split days to have the full compliment of requested services. To my surprise, they bent over backwards to schedule all of the requested services. This meant so much to me as my daughter inlaw was at the end of her pregnancy and really needed pampering! The services of: facial, manicure, pedicure and haircut and style was the perfect remedy. The staff was very helpful and professional. This was a wonderful experience for the both of us. I know when I plan to visit my son and daughter inlaw in the future, I will delay hair and nails and return to Susan Hart Day Spa. My daughter inlaw looked so refreshed and beautiful, my son took her out for a relaxing evening. The prices were not unreasonable. Infact, I go to a spa in the Baltimore area and the cost of services for the two of us at Susan Hart, was lower then I would have paid for myself in Baltimore! April 11, 2011 A little piece of heaven is how I’d describe my facial with Shannon Paterno! I rarely indulge in any sort of spa treatment for myself but when I do I expect it to be enjoyable and to address any issue I may have. I am a minimalist when it comes to my skin care. I believe that less is better. I wear little to no makeup and this has faired well for me that is until now. What’s changed is that I am starting menopause and my skin is now dryer and becomes easily irritated. I scheduled an appointment with Shannon and explained my concerns. She was very friendly and attentive and suggested what would work best for my skin and assured me that this was normal and could recommend products I could use at home. The facial was so relaxing that I began to doze off. Shannon’s touch and the products she used were very soothing. I felt like a new women when she was done. I didn’t want it to end. My skin felt great and I received compliments from friends and my husband whom usually doesn’t notice little changes like that. I purchased the products that Shannon recommended for my skin and I am delighted with how well they perform. I purchased a cleanser that is gentle and leaves my skin feeling clean and soft. The moisturizer I purchased is wonderful. It has a subtle fragrance and leaves my skin feeling soft and hydrated without feeling greasy. I highly recommend Shannon for facials and I loved the friendly and warm atmosphere at Susan Hart Boutique Salon. more

Moved to Round Rock about 2 years ago and I've been jumping around to different stylists, looking for the right one. A TV commercial actually caught my attention about a new full service Salon downtown. I called and made my first appointment, I was told I'd be seeing Natalie. That initial consultation gave me all the information that I needed! This chic knew all about my thin, flat, lifeless hair! I had that cute graduated bob, but my man wanted my hair to grow out. Making my hair look good long, takes nothing short of a miracle. Natalie suggested some highlights for dimension. ""It gives the illusion of a thicker head of hair."" I am 40 years old, no one ever suggested that to me before!! I have had more complements on my long hair since Natalie took over my care than ever! I will not mention the name of my previous salon or the names of the stylists I received unsatisfactory services from. I believe we should Praise in Public & Criticize in Private. Those who choose to use the internet to publically air their grievances & trash people & businesses by name have no class!\r \r In Novemer of 2009, I had been w/my previous stylist for 9 years, but I had been looking for someone new for a few months. As destiny would have it, one Saturday I was 2 hrs late for my appt . When I arrived I was told ""Mandy"" would be taking care of me. Feeling guilty about not having done anything w/my hair that day, I was trying to comb out the tangles when Mandy walked over, took my comb & said, ""That's what I'm here for."" As we commenced w/our first consultation to discuss my hair needs I knew, even before Mandy had touched a hair on my head, that she was to be my new stylist. Her attentiveness & positive attitude won me over. My husband loves long hair & even though I'd told my previous stylist I wanted my hair like hers, meaning down past my bra strap, she thought it looked better cut shoulder length. So I'd not had my hair cut for several months. Mandy assured me that she could provide a much needed cut & still retain the length. She also told me it would be ""no problem"" to give me the sun streaks I'd asked for & never received. I have felt like a new woman since my first appointment w/Mandy. When I called to change my appt one day in Dec of 2010 & l was shocked to learn she was no longer @ my former salon. I went on a quest to find Mandy. I texted, emailed, went on FB searching. When I finally reached her via phone her first comment to me was ""Terry, I will totally understand if you want to stay w/(my previous salon). I said, ""No! I have no loyalties there. I want to go where you are."" I've always believed that ""People do business w/people, not businesses"".\r \r What a blessing it has been to follow Mandy to Susan Hart. I never thought a hair stylist & salon could change my life so much. I feel alive, vibrant, sexy & attractive again. I have a new zest for life. Mandy's engaging personality & exceptional care with all my beauty needs never ceases to amaze me. As a former manager of a fine dining restaurant & upscale resort retail shop on Kauai, I understand the finesse it take to provide service to those accustomed to ""the best of everything"", without disrupting the overall experience. Susan Hart is a classy salon that has services to accommodate the most discerning tastes. Yet, the overall friendliness & talent for putting me @ ease never ceases to amaze me. My whole family goes there & I am always promoting this salon to everyone I come in contact with.\r \r I have to be frugile in my spending & Susan Hart provides very affordable services. Mandy takes care of my cuts, colors, Keratin treatments (if you have chronically dry hair, you will love what this does for your hair), & pedicures w/Gel GLITTER TOES! The best experience I have had, at a salon in a very long time. I was very spectacle on getting my hair done, due to the fact that I had just went to another salon the previous week. My hair was so bleached, and I looked so washed out. As soon as I walked into the salon I noticed Natalie's hair and that was excatley the way I wanted mine. She assured me that I would be very happy once she was done. I love it! Finally someone that listens to what the customers wants! She is very up beat. I couldn't have asked for a better job! Well worth the money. The staff at the shop is very customer oriented. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a great atmosphere, and a awesome job on your hair. Go see Natalie! more

I have visited Susan Heart salon and day spa a few times now and feel I need to share my experience with ya'll ! Each time I have been there the staff made me feel very special ! I've had color and highlights done by Mandy and love how she has treated me ! I have natural curly hair and don't trust just anybody with it , I get many many compliments on my color ! I always refer them to her ! I've also had a glycalic peel done and was very happy with the results and am looking forward to my next treatment! I highly recommend visiting the salon, they do it all ! more
