I have never been disappointed at Opal Nails. I do make appointments so I don't have to wait. Tule is excellent with nails and always remembers my name. Tim is the master of the pedicure! more

I have been going to Tule for years and she is just wonderful. I have had my nails done for 28+ years and she is the best and sweetest person. I have had surgery on both of my hands and she is so careful with me. She is such a delight to visit with at the end of a busy work day. more

WITHOUT EXCEPTION, THE BEST EXPERIENCE!!! I HAVE BEEN HAVING MY PEDICURE, NAILS AND EYEBROWS DONE HERE FOR THE PAST 3 YEARS, {SO I MAY BE BIASED....LOL} AND I LOVE THE SERVICE. THE SALON IS CLEAN, AND THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND ENGAGING. I AM A NURSE, SO I PAY ATTENTION TO CLEANLINESS... THEY ALWAYS WASH THEIR HANDS, OR USE SANITIZER BETWEEN CLIENTS, AND THE PEDICURE STATIONS, AND EQUIPMENT ARE DISINFECTED/ STERILIZED IMMEDIATELY AFTER EACH USE. TULE HAS BEEN MY NAIL SPECIALIST.... AND SHE KNOWS NAILS!!!!!! I DON'T BOTHER SAYING WHAT I WANT ANYMORE, I JUST LET HER CHOOSE, AND THE OUTCOME IS ALWAYS GREAT!!! I ALWAYS SAY, ""WHATEVER YOU SAY TULE, YOU'RE THE BOSS!"" IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH INGROWN TOENAILS, SEE TULE, AND YOU'LL LEAVE WITHOUT PAIN!! WHENEVER I CALL TO MAKE AN APPT, I NEVER HAVE TO IDENTIFY MYSELF, BECAUSE SHE CAN RECOGNIZE MY VOICE........ I LOVE thier service and if I ever need a relaxing manicure or a pedicure then I know just where to go! Opal nail salons is great way to have stylish nails and look good! The shop is clean and every desk has hand sanitizer, the atmosphere is calm and peaceful and they always always offer a drink! I recommend this place for sure 100% all the way! My two favorite people to have my nails and toes done are Mrs.Tule and Mrs.Tina! more

I drive more than 25 miles to go to this nail salon. I have been going there for 3 years and would not go anywhere else. If you have ever had a bad nail job (and I have but not here) you know how important it is to have quality. I have had my nails done for 28 years and this is easily the best. I get compliments on my nails everywhere. It is a friendly, professional atmosphere with techs who care about the customer. If you go past the ""fill date"", your nails do not lift or have problems. more

This salon has a fantastic atmosphere and friendly service. The first thing you get once you enter their doors is a nice greeting. They get to work immediately and their pedicure massage chairs really relax my tight muscles. They take their time and i dont feel rushed at all. I love how their products are sterilize and how they also serve complimentary drinks. I received a gift certificate for mother's day. I had a great experience and was very satisfied with the job the lady did. I didn't feel rushed even though people kept coming in and they were getting ready to close. But when I went to check out the I gave her my gift cert. and she added the callous remover on for $2. That was fine but there was an additional charge of $4 for a tip. I've never had someone add their own tip. I was insulted, as though I wasn't planning on tipping her! Unfortunately she short changed herself by doing that. I was going to tip$10 since I didn't have to pay for it! I will go back because I think they are very good at what they do, but I felt that was a strange practice. Pros: sterile tools and friendly more

So I have been living in Round Rock, TX for a long time and I havent been to any nail salon that satisfied my needs until now that I have found Opal Spa & Nail Salon. The whole salon felt really clean and organized, and with the workers, they were wonderful. They were really nice and would ask me if i need a drink or if i was comfortable of where I'm at. The salon was bright and clean and has that comfort feeling when you first walk in. So i do recommand this place, because you won't regret it Pros: most relaxing more
