this is easily the most unresponsive repair place I have EVER taken my car to. they don't return calls; it took me 8 (yes, EIGHT) different people to find me the price of a part, and I still haven't gotten the phone call back regarding the installation cost. (no, one person cannot give you the cost of the part AND the cost of the installation; you have to talk to two people and add it up yourself.). when my car was in the shop for a week, I never got a call telling me what the problem was, and I left messages twice a day. \r
they do know Jeeps; they do warrantied service, but other than that, I'm finding another place.
Pros: warrantied service, especially for recall notices
Cons: service tries hard, but they are too big, too busy, too unresponsive
