We just had about 900 feet of laminate installed. The installers were very fast and strong, moving heavy furniture, removing baseboards, tile and carpeting. So far, I am very happy with my flooring. Hope it will last for a long long time. more

HORRIBLE - DON'T RECOMMEND\r \r Purchased carpet and new baseboard for 1 bedroom and closet - On the scheduled appointment the carpet installers came out and advised they don't install baseboards - Which should be put in first. Called store the one employee apologized and said it must have been an error and please have the installers call them. The store again advised the carpet installers would be putting in the baseboard - which the installer said no he doesn't have the tools and was not told he was to put in the baseboards. Apparently they can't even communicate with their own employees - Called store again and they advised someone would be out later in the day. I had to cancel an appointment to wait for a person to come and install the baseboards and several hours later was told that person was at another job and would not come out until the next day between 8 am and 10 am. I asked for the owner Don to give me a call that this was unprofessional, I was told he would call the next day - NO Call - The next day we were again told they would not be coming until later that day and the owner is doing payroll and cannot call until next morning - After numerous complaints they finally sent someone to install baseboards. NO CALL FROM OWNER STILL - EITHER THE EMPLOYEES DON'T ADVISE THEIR OWNER OF MESSAGES OR THEY DON'T GIVE A CRAP - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE- - FOR A BUSINESS THAT JUST INSTALLS FLOORS THEY HAD A REAL PROBLEM WITH SUCH A SMALL JOB - LESSON LEARNED AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY more

Very pleased with Budget Flooring. I came into the store to look at tile. The girls in there were very helpful and gave me information I didn't know about. Couple days later, Don came out and gave me a reasonably good deal. Everything got installed within a week and it looks beautiful. I'm so happy and the floors look great. My wife and I are very pleased with Budget and the wonderful service they've shown us! A+ Definitely recommending them to our friends and neighbors. more

I recently had budget flooring remove my carpeting in the living and dining room and hallway and had them replace it with laminate by Shaw. The experience from start to finish was wonderful. The owner Don was patient with me and answered all my questions. The men who came to do the work were very clean, polite, and did a really really great job. I could not be happier, my house looks so beautiful. I highly recommend them. Also, the store staff are also very knowledgeable and patient. Budget carpeting has my business and when it comes time for me to replace the carpeting in our bedrooms, they will be the one I call. more

I came into the store looking for an exact tile that was already in my house. One of the girls tried to match it as exact as possible, but they she told me if I can get the information on it, they may be able to get it. I called them with the information and a day later she called me back with the name of the tile, the price, and said they were getting a sample for my wife and I to take home and see if it is a perfect match and it was! We were so pleased they found the same tile, we scheduled to have Don come out and give us an estimate for the areas we needed. It was fairly priced and very reasonable. Then, they came out to install and everything looked great. Their customer service was fast and efficient, even when it was busy, which is so nice, because it shows that they just didn’t forget about you. I had one little problem, and they came right out within 2 days and fixed it. It was wonderful. I didn’t have to wait forever to have it fixed. This company is both trustworthy and reliable and I definitely recommend them! I wouldn’t go to any big company where you’re treated like just a number; here you’re truly treated like a friend. more

Great Store, Helpful Customer Service, and Friendly Installers.\r This is my first time purchasing with Budget Flooring and I am so pleased with everything. I came into the store not knowing what I wanted to put down, or what was best to put down in each area. Vanna, was so friendly and upbeat, and helped me choose which type of flooring I should go with in each area. She also recommended accent pieces to transition to a different floored room, which had never come to mind. The customer service she gave us was just so personalized and customized to fit the look we wanted in our house and the type of flooring we were going for. After we found what we wanted we were set up for a free measure and Don came out and gave us the final price. Everything sounded great, and it was a bargain! They told us once everything was in we’d get a call, and about 9 days later they started installing our new floors. The installers were very sweet and polite. Sal was such a gentleman and he did an amazing job! I really loved everything, and I am so thrilled with all of the choices! My husband and I are so ecstatic about our new flooring in our house! It looks absolutely gorgeous and we didn’t spend a fortune. We are so thankful for all the hard work your guys put in and the customer service your girls gave us. We recommend you to all of our friends when they ask about our floors!!! more

Budget Flooring was the 3rd carpet store to come out to my house for a bid on carpet in my master bedroom, stairs and laminate in my downstairs. They came out on a Friday evening. For the same areas everybody else was bidding on not only did I get laminate in the whole downstairs, carpet on my stairs and my master bedroom but I also got carpet in 2 other bedrooms for LESS than the 2 bids from the other companies. We signed the contract on that Friday. The painters came on Saturday and by Monday my installation began! On Monday when I went to my house to let the installers in I found out the painters had painted on my laminate floor upstairs thinking they were going to be replaced also. I just had Budget Flooring do my whole house tile, laminate and carpet spent over 11,000.00 dollars believe it or not the big box stores for the same job was almost 20,000.00 the girls in the office were great to work with talking to the owner Don you could tell he's been doing this along time and he really knows his stuff all the installers were professional, clean and did an excellent job. Not only would I recommend this company to my friends I'm writting this review to all of you if your looking for flooring and want quality workmanship and one of the best prices in town I would definatly give these guys a call. Bad Quality of work, bad attitude, bad service. Don talked a good game. Blamed prior bad reviews on his daughter (who no longer works there). Girlfriend and I hired them to tile our complete lower floor & bathrooms upstairs. Big mistake. Sal, the installer, bitched about everything from losing his restaurant, to how much he is making laying tile for Budget Flooring. (that would explain the lack of detail in my tile work). I asked him to remove the little moldings around the bath & kitchen cabinets, he didnt do it. I asked him why the tiles are not level with each other, and why he wasnt using a straight-edge to level tiles...his answer was "Do you know how much time that would take!?". I also noticed a recurring pattern on the tiles. I asked him why he didnt sort the tiles out prior to laying them down to make sure no two like tiles were next to each other, much less facing the same way... Again, his response..."Do you know how much time that would take!?". I dont know... Enough time t more

That didnt happen. In fact, Sal arrived at 8am. After my girlfriend called me at 6pm freaking out that the garage door & entry door to the house were open, I called him to find out when he left the house...11:00am he said. I knew there was at least a days work to fix the tiles. So, basically, Budget flooring left my house open to the public from 11am - 6pm. 7 HOURS open to the world! Would you like 50"" plasma? How about a Natuzzi Italian leather couch??? If you were at my house on 6/10/11 it could have been yours for free. Just walk on in & pick whatever you like. Ive had two other companies out to inspect the tile work & both say it needs to be ripped out & re-done completely. I called budget flooring on 3 occasions: The evening of the ""Open House"". Never heard from them. Two weeks after not hearing from them, I called during business hours & left a message. Never heard back. Spoke with a girl who assured me she would have Don call me back by end of business. Not a word. After a month (we never paid them - the job was not done) we got a bill in the mail. Charging us extra for non-payment (around $2000.00 extra or so). They also threatened to put a lien on the house. WTF!!! After that, giving them all the chances in the world to make things right, or even talk with me about the inferior level of craftsmanship of the job, I decided it was time to take action. I filed a complaint with the BBB (better business bureau) & the Contractors Board. Surprise, surprise...guess who called? Too little, too late. Contractors board will be out soon to inspect. Budget flooring, shame on you. You WOWed me with your total lack of respect for me, my home, & your own reputation. more

My experience with budget flooring was one of a kind. Ive worked with many companies but not one ran like this one. They were efficient and timely. When we ran into a problem it was handled and fixed. I am more than happy with the job they did and even more importantly I am so happy with my new floor! Thank you budget flooring for changing the whole dynamic of my home. I would recommend them to any and everyone! more
