I came into the store looking for an exact tile that was already in my house. One of the girls tried to match it as exact as possible, but they she told me if I can get the information on it, they may be able to get it. I called them with the information and a day later she called me back with the name of the tile, the price, and said they were getting a sample for my wife and I to take home and see if it is a perfect match and it was! We were so pleased they found the same tile, we scheduled to have Don come out and give us an estimate for the areas we needed. It was fairly priced and very reasonable. Then, they came out to install and everything looked great. Their customer service was fast and efficient, even when it was busy, which is so nice, because it shows that they just didn’t forget about you. I had one little problem, and they came right out within 2 days and fixed it. It was wonderful. I didn’t have to wait forever to have it fixed. This company is both trustworthy and reliable and I definitely recommend them! I wouldn’t go to any big company where you’re treated like just a number; here you’re truly treated like a friend.
