Review content:
Bad Quality of work, bad attitude, bad service. Don talked a good game. Blamed prior bad reviews on his daughter (who no longer works there). Girlfriend and I hired them to tile our complete lower floor & bathrooms upstairs. Big mistake. Sal, the installer, bitched about everything from losing his restaurant, to how much he is making laying tile for Budget Flooring. (that would explain the lack of detail in my tile work). I asked him to remove the little moldings around the bath & kitchen cabinets, he didnt do it. I asked him why the tiles are not level with each other, and why he wasnt using a straight-edge to level tiles...his answer was "Do you know how much time that would take!?". I also noticed a recurring pattern on the tiles. I asked him why he didnt sort the tiles out prior to laying them down to make sure no two like tiles were next to each other, much less facing the same way... Again, his response..."Do you know how much time that would take!?". I dont know... Enough time t
