Great Store, Helpful Customer Service, and Friendly Installers.\r
This is my first time purchasing with Budget Flooring and I am so pleased with everything. I came into the store not knowing what I wanted to put down, or what was best to put down in each area. Vanna, was so friendly and upbeat, and helped me choose which type of flooring I should go with in each area. She also recommended accent pieces to transition to a different floored room, which had never come to mind. The customer service she gave us was just so personalized and customized to fit the look we wanted in our house and the type of flooring we were going for. After we found what we wanted we were set up for a free measure and Don came out and gave us the final price. Everything sounded great, and it was a bargain! They told us once everything was in we’d get a call, and about 9 days later they started installing our new floors. The installers were very sweet and polite. Sal was such a gentleman and he did an amazing job! I really loved everything, and I am so thrilled with all of the choices! My husband and I are so ecstatic about our new flooring in our house! It looks absolutely gorgeous and we didn’t spend a fortune. We are so thankful for all the hard work your guys put in and the customer service your girls gave us. We recommend you to all of our friends when they ask about our floors!!!
