We recently had a basement renovation and had wood flooring and carpeting installed over a large area. We are so happy with the finished product, the quality of installation and the installers was fantastic. They were very thorough making sure they measured everything appropriately. more

We had shopped several other carpeting stores before coming to Buddy's and came in with samples of carpet we were interested in. Jeremy was up to our challenge and presented a price that BEAT your competitors. In addition, his professionalism and interpersonal skills entrusted us to once again invest our money and the looks of our home to buddy's. He carefully plotted the carpeting plan for the home. He reassured us we'd have the most experienced installer due to the 2 different patterned pieces we selected. In the end, there are only 2 rooms total on the 1st and 2nd floor with seams. The diamond pattern was matched perfectly throughout the rooms and hallways. more

The floors turned out amazing 4/21/2011

I hired Buddy's Flooring America to sand & stain the oak hardwood floors in my new house in Mt. Lookout. The floors are almost 90 years old and I was hesitant how they would turn out. I took the family on vacation for a week and hoped for the best. We were blown away at the results. The mess was completely cleaned up. All the furniture was put back, old carpet hauled off, and the home was locked up securely. The floors turned out amazing. more

Thanks Buddy's Flooring America 4/18/2011

I scheduled an appointment on line on a Wednesday morning after my basement flooded. The manager of the showroom came out that afternoon. Buddy's had a big selection of ceramic tile and carpet in stock. The basement was back to normal in 4 days. The installers showed up on time and the were clean cut & polite. The manager called me after the install to make sure I was happy. I may have been able to get the carpet and tile a little cheaper somewhere else but the service was fast and they were on top of all the paperwork with my insurance company. helped us find the perfect flooring 4/15/2011

Steve Russell Contois helped us pick out the flooring for our kitchen and family room. We debated between solid hardwood and laminate flooring in the kitchen. Weended up buing Armstrong's Grand Illusions. Steve and the rest of the staff at Buddy's did a nice job listening to our needs and helped us find the perfect flooring. The flooring Steve suggested is beautiful and is holding up. My husband and I have two your sons and a chocolate lab. I recommend Buddy's Flooring America for all your flooring purchases. more

The cork flooring I purchased from Buddy's Flooring America worked out great for my kitchen. Buddy's did a free estimate, did not pressure me, and the installer was friendly and cleaned up after himself. Buddy's always answered the phone when i called and kept me in the loop of when the material was due in and when it would be installed. more

I wanted to take a moment to let you know that recently my husband and I entered a Buddy carpet store on Cox Lane. We are in the process of selling our home and we needed carpeting and tiles installed quickly. To make the long story short, Jeremy Coons was a great help in guiding us and providing us with outstanding customer service. Not only was he polite, courteous and professional but he made this whole process stress free. For as many times that we changed our minds on what flooring we wanted, he never complained and made sure that we were satisfied and received the best price. We had 3 days before our open house and he managed to have the carpet installed before then. You should be very proud to have such an efficient and reliable employee working for your company.Thank you for taking the time to read this. I do not write reviews ever. But, I was so amazed with the customer service and selection, if you are getting flooring of any kind, i recommend it. You need people who can guide you and give help when making decisions we do not make all the time. This place has it! Most importantly, they help. more
